Appalling customer service. The pharmacy manager EJ is horribly rude. After attempting to pick up my prescription 4 seperate times over a 5 day period, and waiting in line for 45 minutes for my 4th attempt, my in-stock prescription still wasn’t prepared for pickup. I was told it would be at least another 45 minutes before it would be prepared. Poor management.

This pharmacy used to be professional and cared. I don’t know what happened. Now you call in a prescription. They tell you it will be ready by 5PM the same day. You come in to pick up 2 days later and they say it’s not completely ready and wait 30 minutes. What can we the customer do at that point? Argue with a pharmacy tech that cares less than the pharmacist? A pharmacy tech that looks annoyed that you showed up to pick up your medicine? If you don’t like your job maybe look into another field of work that doesn’t include you having to deal with customers. I don’t know how things here have gone so down hill here at our Sachse Kroger. It must be a new pharmacist or the Kroger management doesn’t care that much anymore about quality of service in all parts of their store. Sad state of affairs.

They were supposed to order me a specific brand of medication that’s in my notes and has been there for 2 years now! I called yesterday and they told me they ordered it and it would be there today at 2 :00pm. I got there and they tried giving me a different brand than was ordered. This is the second or third time this has happened to me and I’m telling you right now this staff doesn’t care about taking care of the customer. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache!

If you’re planning to get a COVID-19 vaccine in this pharmacy, they have to prepare it. It takes twenty-five minutes to be ready. Better to get it somewhere else.

We have had good service from the various local pharmacies, but in dealing with a family member without insurance and needing to find the best price Kroger has been the best. We joined the Kroger Pharmacy Club, which is inexpensive for one person, which generally gives the best price. But we check against GoodRx and Kroger is very helpful and willing to change the price.

Do NOT go to KROGRR for prescriptions! I have used the same pharmacy for about a year - same Doc, same script!! It seems Everytime I try to pick up my meds they can't do it until the doc's office signs off!! HELLO!!!!! They sent it over and there's nothing different about it!!! This is TOTAL BS - I am switching immediately! No question!!! ...Ok months later same thing + I called for refill and was told "ok, well have it ready in 2 hours"... I'm here at the store 3 HOURS later and of course it's NOT READY!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used in 30 years. They are horrible!!!! Every time I have a prescription to pick up there is always a problem on their end. Example I went to pick up my child's prescription and they told me that our insurance was invalid and I told him that nothing had changed on our insurance and they argued with me about it I even called my insurance and they said there's not been any changes and then I called the pharmacist who assured me she would take care of it and to go ahead and come up there and get the prescription but then when I got there to pick up the prescription they try to do the same exact thing again and told me that they would call insurance tomorrow and for me to wait even longer for the prescription or I could pay cash for it this place is lazy and they don't know how to do their job they need new management. That same scenario has happened to me at least 10 times in the last 6 months with my kids prescriptions. Also it is so frustrating when picking up a prescription that has to measured out they NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER give out a syringe to measure it. Making another trip over lazyness.
