I have been a hallmark rewards and keepsake member for years and loved this particular location. Nathan was the manager, knew his customers by name and was always super helpful.
The last year the customer service has been less than ideal and this evening was by far the worst. I went in about 20 minutes before closing knowing exactly what I needed and was “greeted” with an attitude. My 3 year old nephew exclaimed that he needed to use the restroom and was told we had to go to Kroger when I know exactly where the restroom is in the store. The other adult that was with me took him to Kroger while I got what I needed. Another young lady came creeping around the corner looking at me like I was criminal. I had about $70 worth or products in my hands and was about to go to the register but decided to put it all back and leave.
I’ve been super disappointed since the name switch and will likely just order online from this point forward. ~Pilar
