Walgreens Pharmacy

The staff is very kind and accommodating. They do their best to address any concerns or issue. My only comment where improvement could be had is the wait time and hold time when calling. It doesn't seem to matter the time of day I try I am usually on hold anywhere between 15 and 20 minutes before I get to speak with someone. The online app also does a poor job of addressing questions or needs. ~Bridgette

Kroger Pharmacy

Appalling customer service. The pharmacy manager EJ is horribly rude. After attempting to pick up my prescription 4 seperate times over a 5 day period, and waiting in line for 45 minutes for my 4th attempt, my in-stock prescription still wasn’t prepared for pickup. I was told it would be at least another 45 minutes before it would be prepared. Poor management. ~Malesa

Kroger Bakery

I came to get my father a birthday cake and experienced the worst customer service I've ever received. The woman was rude and threw a form at me and said "write it on the form" when I said I just needed Happy Birthday written on a premade cake I'd selected. I repeated what I said and she goes "WRITE IT ON THE FORM." I asked for a pen and she sighed and got me one. At that point I just put the cake back and said I'd go get one elsewhere from someone who cared. ~Jennafhur

Amy's Hallmark Shop

I have been a hallmark rewards and keepsake member for years and loved this particular location. Nathan was the manager, knew his customers by name and was always super helpful. The last year the customer service has been less than ideal and this evening was by far the worst. I went in about 20 minutes before closing knowing exactly what I needed and was “greeted” with an attitude. My 3 year old nephew exclaimed that he needed to use the restroom and was told we had to go to Kroger when I know exactly where the restroom is in the store. The other adult that was with me took him to Kroger while I got what I needed. Another young lady came creeping around the corner looking at me like I was criminal. I had about $70 worth or products in my hands and was about to go to the register but decided to put it all back and leave. I’ve been super disappointed since the name switch and will likely just order online from this point forward. ~Pilar
