Started as a new customer this week. Looks like the asscociate signed me up for a plan thats a little more than 140 dollars a month, when he told me it would be about 85... lets see what hoops I have to jump through to get this nightmare fixed. Update. Tmobile app had innacurate rate some some reason

Luis, at the Morris, location is the BEST!!! He helped my parents switch from AT&T over to T-Mobile. AT&T made this process very difficult but Luis was extremely patient with us the entire time. He went out of his way to help us and make the switch as painless as possible. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We definitely will request him anytime we need assistance for now on. THANK YOU, LUIS!!!

Luis at Morris Illinois location is very passionate at his job knew exactly what we were looking for. Service and knowledge is everything When buying new devices! Definitely looking for him when I need new items! And highly recommending him to everyone I know!

Great customer service! I needed to upgrade my phone and keep the same phone number. I was helped by an employee named Luis. He was very helpful, professional, and courteous. He deserves a raise!

I purchased new phones for my parents and customer service imputed the wrong information. I been dealing with customer service for 2 weeks with no results. The best decision i made today was to see Shania the store manager and Kevin, they both helped me fix all of my issues and on Monday my parents will get 2 new phones. I appreciate you shania for your help today.

I would highly recommend t - mobile to train their staff on how the insurance really works. Not only to work on commission. But to accommodate their customer service.. I been told to call t- mobile, sprint, Assurant dealing with simple problem with my device. They took me all the way to Apple care which by far woulnt their wouldn't be a warranty. Apple worker said that they sent me here for no reason. But adleast supplied me with correct information so I could understand why they don not cover it.T-mobile phone customer service just wanted me to upgrade or buy new. Sadly I declined. Especially with a big sign in this store saying military discounts when I asked they said my bill would be the same! Lol really T - mobile. A whole week wasted dealing with this company. I was never rude , just wanted a simple answer to a simple problem. Hope for their future customers. They really seek out better customer care. That be having better knowledge in the services they supply. Not just selling and profit. There is other options for other company's.

The other reviews were right the wait time is bad. No chairs or anything to use either despite plenty of room. The worst part is neither employee even acknowledged my presence so I just left.

I will be going to another store from now on. The manager does not do her job properly I purposely came to tmobile for better service and her knowledge is poor. The regular store associate knows more than her.
