I had a gift card that was only good for in person purchases that was received through a silent auction item from January 2020. I didn't notice that it expired in July until the associate pointed it out at checkout. You would think with COVID, the store would be slightly more accommodating and willing to work with guests. I walked out without purchasing. It was the first and last time that I will step into this store.

This store rarely has any sizes other than S and XS for try-on in stock, and it is always way too busy, with each salesperson doing a zillion tasks at once so it takes forever to get help. Would recommend going to a different location (if it would be any different).

Great styles and selection, but the prices are higher than what I would pay. It was fun looking around while my friends and sister tried on items while I browsed the clearance section.

Athleta makes me feel good about my body. Excellent, high quality clothing for indoor and outdoor activities. My clothing has all retained its shape and color. Highly recommend! Every store I've been into also has amazing staff.

I find this place to be very uppity. They have some very nice things but I’d never spend $100 on a pair of leggings. For that price the leggings better be doing the exercising for me. You won’t get much help from the employees unless they think you’re “one of them”.

Visited this store while on vacation, since I don’t not have one near where I live. Enjoyed the store, seeing items in person versus a catalog. Tried on several different items. The dressing room attendant suggested a few items and got them for me usually from the back room as they were not stocked on the floor. Enjoyed my visit right up until I heard the dressing room attendant tell another customer that she had been sidetracked by a “very needy”customer. I immediately left the dressing room feeling very sad. Since I do not have a store near me I went ahead and purchased several hundred dollars of clothing. I won’t be shopping at another store with the attendants having that attitude.

I like the fit of the athleta clothing. However, the staff here was very unhelpful. I was there on a Thursday afternoon and there were minimal shoppers by mall standards. There were 4 ladies I identified as staff. While trying on swimsuits, I repeatedly had to step out and ask for assistance with getting a different size. After having to interrupt 2 employees who were more concerned with gossip and having to holler loudly from the dressing room another time, I gave up and just took it upon myself to get sizes. The employees just watched me. It was very unprofessional. I've had better customer service with mall stores that hire teenagers.

Prices were pretty steep I thought, but I assume they are rival for lululemon. Quality of clothing was good but If I were going to spend so much on fitness attire I would still prefer lululemon I like the way they fit a lil better than the items at athleta. Staff was welcoming and eager to assist
