I was clear and specific with what I was seeking. The sales woman proceeded to question and challenge me on what I wanted, the show me what was not on the list of needs. The range in measurements were carefully though out. Listen to the customer and don't waste everyone's time.

Very nice store offering better quality furniture in the Denver area. Getting in and out of their parking lot is a little weird, but everything else is great. Most of their furniture comes from North Carolina. We have purchased high quality items here several times. Be sure to check them out.

We had a great experience with Wallis at the Lone Tree Bassett. She worked wonderfully with us to pick out the perfect corner couch and had great design input on pillows and fabric choice. Would definitely recommend!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Cynthia Wollner at Basset. She came out to my house, did some measurements and then presented me with several layout options for furniture. What I liked most about my experience is her amazing eye, I am thrilled with the fabric options she provided, she takes the time to talk it through and gave me time to think about my decision. No pressure. She is dedicated in getting it right for the customer. The only thing that is difficult about this process is waiting for my furniture to arrive. She loves what she does, and it’s evident in her smile and displayed by the energy and enthusiasm that she brings to the design process. She listened intently to our plans for the home, and then provided a wonderful balance of delivering suggestions that met our desires but also made recommendations that helped us stretch out of our comfort zone. My husband and I worked with Cynthia Wollner at the Park Meadows store recently when ordering a sofa and recliners. Cynthia was so helpful, she talked with us, listened to us and helped us pick out fabric that matched our style and liking. Cynthia has such a wonderful eye for what fabrics look good together. It took us a while to decide to order and I contacted Cynthia multiple time over the course of a couple of weeks via email and phone and Cynthia was always prompt in her reply and always very helpful. I would highly recommend working with Cynthia, she is great! We haven't received our furniture yet but I am hopeful the furniture will be as wonderful as our experience working with Cynthia.

Very nice showroom. Quality products, and helpful staff. Definitely not cheap. Things are in the $$$ range, but the quality and versatility of the products I'm interested in (sofa) makes me think it's worth it.

Wallis at Bassett in Lonetree is INCREDIBLE. She is my go-to at this store for her ability to hone in on a design direction with me, select just the right fabrics or leathers (even when that means joining me at a job site to see them in the space) and work with budgets and deadlines. She is professionally trained in design but also important, a very competent business woman in her timely communication on all aspects of orders, particularly those that are custom! I really cannot recommend Wallis enough. You can visit her at the Lonetree store.
