Our first experience at furniture row was amazing, we just went back to purchase another item and when we asked if there was anything that could be done to lower the price the salesman gave us a hard no and was unwilling to speak with his manager. I understand policy however it didn’t feel like they wanted the sale. We would have purchased additional items during this visit, but decided to look elsewhere because of the experience.

If you go into FR make sure you see Sam! She is amazing. She really takes the time to help you find the best furniture for your space. We have bought furniture at different times and she has always been there to help us and make sure the process goes smoothly. She is not there just to take your money and get you out the door. She cares and wants you to love the furniture you choose.

I called the store to discuss shipping and was advised they'd try to get the furniture to me as soon as possible. However, I have learned it was just to get the sale and that I still need to wait the full time quoted outside of the verbal promise. I would have made either a different choice in furniture or choose a different furniture company due to needing something more timely. (I needed something just shy of 3 weeks for reference.)

I would like to say Yhonnie and Roderick were amazing and wonderful people to speak with! They really care and very professional! I recently bought a table and had an issue with it. They did everything they could to help solve my issue. In the end I am very happy with the customer service and wish I could let upper management know! Thank you both.

We were greeted immediately upon entering and welcomed. We purchased a loveseat + sofa + wedge from Kathy. She was nice and told us she would call us when our order was ready to be picked up. We never recieved a call and had to reach out on our own to find out when our order was ready. We picked it up and drove 3 hrs home only to find the loveseat was defective because the frame was misaligned. I called in to this location 2 days after pickup, twice and two different men answered and stated they were placing an order for our product to be inspected and fixed by a tech, both times. we never heard from a tech or anyone else at this facility about our issue. Come to find out we were never contacted because we live too far away for a tech to come down, but why were we not told this in the first place? Why did I have to continue to reach out and being told the “issue was being resolved”? i called in a third time and Allison answered, she was so very helpful and patient. Immediately she resolved our issue and apologized and i felt very confortable that she would take care of the issue and we were issued an exchange. Again recieved no call from our saleperson Kathy about our exchange order being ready for pickup, just had to reach out again on my own. I can’t say id want to buy from here again, if I ever did in the future it would only be from Allison, she was awesome, she’s the only reason this was 4 stars and not 2. The salepeople make you feel important when your buying, but as soon as you walk out those doors they forget about you.

Wow I can’t believe what an easy, affordable experience this was! Yhonnie was a knowledgeable, not pushy saleswoman with good taste. The ease of ordering, paying and setting a delivery date was also appreciated. Will definitely be back when we need any furniture!

Our sales rep, Edward, was wonderful. He was very respectful of our “browsing “ time- checked in but didn’t hover or pressure When we narrowed things down with questions- he was totally there through the whole ordering process! Very gentle and exceptionally knowledgeable!

Only reason I’m even giving 3 stars is because of Wendy. If not for her, I would rate ONE star. She was a very helpful saleswoman and helped me with my litany of needs/wants. She even helped me get quotes for several different quoted prices for specific pieces. However, the set I ended up going with was LABELED as available, which I was informed meant I could get as soon as I needed essentially. I am on no means on a time crunch for the furniture, but with the EXPECTATION, that I would be able to get the furniture I spent over $2,500 as soon as possible, I was excited and elated! Only to find out next day that it was actually falsely advertised as available and I won’t be able to get it until some unknown time in June, which is THREE months away. If my credit hadn’t already been ran for their financing option (which I didn’t even need just wanted to help my partner boost their credit) than I would have just taken my business elsewhere. Again, I would like to clarify that WENDY was marvelous and the epitome of customer service, the COMPANY and lack of options to make up for their lack of responsibility in advertising properly and running efficiently, is the issue. I would not recommend someone buy from here unless they get undeniable confirmation of delivery date, availability to match signage, and get help from Wendy. I will be extremely displeased and irate if I wait 3 month to get this piece of furniture that was stated as available and there are ANY issues with the piece itself or shipping, and if I have to wait even more for furniture I’m paying for but can’t even use. Disappointed to say the least!

Great furniture at reasonable prices. Sales and financing were awesome. Sales people Rebecca and Dave were very helpful and great to deal with! The only thing I would want to be different is to be able to take home some tables they had a lot of in the showroom, but have to wait several months instead because they won't sell off of the sales floor.

We love shopping here for furniture! The staff are great and very helpful. Just wish they had a few more living room choices, inventory seemed low.
