We recently purchased an outdoor patio table from here. Upon delivery, the table was scratched. Delivery dates to order a replacement table were outside of the window we needed a table by so we discussed if there was any form of reimbursement since the table was damaged. The fellas delivering the store were able to get a hold of the store manager/owner and she knocked off $100 which was less than the delivery fee and about 3% of the overall cost. We felt this was a bit low due to the overall cost and anticipation on our end of the service that follows a higher price point. I connected with the owner and explained to her $100 felt a little shy based on the overall cost. She then proceeded to explain that was all she could do and that she could have "sold at least 3 three of those tables this morning." I asked how this is relevant to our transaction, expressed I wished she had a little more sympathy & humility as a business owner, and ultimately we just arrived at her impatiently pushing me to have the guys load the truck so she could just refund the full thing to take it back and sell it to someone else because other people would "pay full price for it damaged". I also expressed we had plans to purchase at least 8 chairs with this set (~$600/piece) and we'd more than likely look elsewhere. There wasn't really any consideration to maintain us as a customer and we wont give the store the business moving forward. Really bizarre experience and short-sighted IMO. There seemed to be a posture on her end that us somehow paying her for the table was a favor to us. One star for the delivery guys being extremely polite and one star cause the table is definitely high quality despite the scratches. And I'll certainly "enjoy the table" as Miss Janna so kindly advised. I'd advocate to go elsewhere or flesh these details out up front.

Jana is amazing & customer centric professional. She spent over 45 minutes with me in explaining about the products they sell. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a LazBoy version of Outdoor furniture. I haven't seen such a comfy cushions in the outdoor furniture anywhere else. Also, this is a Women Owned Business and if you believe in supporting local business this is your place to shop. All the Best!!

We love the staff at Veranda Blue. We discovered them about 3 years ago and made our initial investment into an absolutely fabulous set of Woodard patio rockers. We’ve since added other miscellaneous pieces to our outside collection from their store. Jane has always been informative and insightful in aiding us in our selections (as well as patient!) and the prices are competitive vs. the other high quality furniture retailers. We spend A LOT of time on our patio and having high quality furniture not only looks great, but it’s super comfy and makes it that much more enjoyable!! Highly recommend these ladies!!!

We have used Veranda Blue to replace the cushions on our outdoor furniture and for outdoor rugs. They have a great selection of furniture and fabrics. Janna was awesome to work with. She helped us with measurements and helped us find the perfect fabric for our outdoor furniture. The new cushions turned out great! We love them! I would highly recommend Veranda Blue to anyone who is looking to spruce up their outdoor living space.

We enjoyed our shopping experience at Veranda Blue. The selection in the showroom was amazing. We ended up getting a patio set completely different than what we had planned to purchase. The staff was excellent to work with and they even have some sets in stock for quick delivery. We highly recommend Veranda Blue.
