I, amy family and friends have been loyal customers of Birmingham Car Wash for several years. Roni ( car wash Manager) has always gone above and beyond to take care of us. Unfortunately, last month while Roni was on vacation things went terribly wrong! - I was overcharged by $9 - My Jeep was totaled (see pictures) by an attendant that fled the scene - Valero’s insurance company, Nationwide is low balling me with a “take it or leave it” offer for settlement - AND with several attempts to give Valero the opportunity to make it right by giving me car wash s in exchange for money, the GM has declined. Draw your own conclusions? My position is you do what you can to make your mistakes good! Services: Delivery, Vacuuming

They do a good job. And they are fast. Multiple people work on the car after it comes out of the tunnel.

Like many of the other reviewer‘s here, I have gone to this car wash for years. It is considerably more expensive than most in the area but it is close by. But I can honestly say that they do a worse job than most of the other carwashes in the area. They recently allowed you to purchase the car wash at the pump. However, when you go to pull into the car wash area, they have started telling you that you need to pay more. As in a lot more. As in $50 for a basic wash when your car is just very slightly dusty. Steer well clear of these rip off artists.

I’ve come to this car wash for years. Last time they cleaned my car they damaged the media display in my car, and lied to my face denying it, saying “we don’t touch the display.” It wasn’t damaged, they cleaned the car, and then it was damaged. It looks like some liquid got into the display, probably from a squirt bottle. After years as a good customer, and always supporting their workers with good tips, they give zero loyalty back. That will be the last time I go there.

I moved here 2 years ago and this is the best car wash I’ve found for my $. Love how clean and dry they return my car inside and out. Quick and Convenient location. Delicious Mexican taco stand to enjoy while you wait.

I went to this car wash based on the reviews, and I was very disappointed, the wash was $5.00, which most self service car washes are $3.00. the soap did not rinse off well at all. You had to back out because the incline at the exit was extremely steep and would have ruined my car so there was no way to even use the vacuums, in the reviews it says the owner is there, but there was no one in sight. I wound up going to yet another car wash because I had to clean whatever junk was in the soap after spending $5.00 more dollars to try and rinse my car off, complete waste of money and time, ridiculous. Do not go here to clean your car.

DO NOT GO HERE! I used to come here often because it's close and for the tacos, but I just now realized that this place siphoned my gas. I just got a new car and have been keeping careful records on my mpg. My car has a range approximation based on how much gas is in the tank, and as I got home I was shocked to see my range at about 100 miles less than when I went. I looked at my gas gage and it showed 1/4 tank when I had previously had about 1/2. I spent $15 on the wash but these crooks took about that much in gas. Don't spend your money here. They are thieves. Edit: this happened today, 15 Nov '19

Excellent wash with hand finish. Hard wax and clay rub available. Enjoy some excellent, cheap Mexican food at El Pueblo and watch your car being finished from sheltered outdoor seating.

Great customer service, quality custom wash, and delicious burritos. Can’t beat! Also...they have a walk in fridge with a nice selection of craft beers. Not bad at all....
