I, amy family and friends have been loyal customers of Birmingham Car Wash for several years. Roni ( car wash Manager) has always gone above and beyond to take care of us. Unfortunately, last month while Roni was on vacation things went terribly wrong! - I was overcharged by $9 - My Jeep was totaled (see pictures) by an attendant that fled the scene - Valero’s insurance company, Nationwide is low balling me with a “take it or leave it” offer for settlement - AND with several attempts to give Valero the opportunity to make it right by giving me car wash s in exchange for money, the GM has declined. Draw your own conclusions? My position is you do what you can to make your mistakes good! Services: Delivery, Vacuuming ~greg

Jose is a paint wizard. Super nice, fair pricing, and excellent work. I first took my truck here and forgot to take pictures before going on a camping trip. Was impressed with the work so I brought in my Aston, who’s paint was in bad shape. Was absolutely blown away by the result. Went there casue my poor car needed some TLC, I got the Exterior detail and while my paint on my car is not the best and there are some bumps or scratches that are harder to get rid of Hugo and his team did really freaking great! The out side was as good and shiney as it was gonna get and the interior was done great even if it wasn't the deep interior clean! Probably will comeback in the future. ~Brandon
