Very disappointed. Came shopping to Anthropology today and unfortunately, I am very sad to say that my experience was not at all pleasant. There were probably five or six employees working. Every single one of them was very curt, unfriendly and unhelpful. The two times that I had a question they seemed extremely put off to answer my questions and one girl literally sighed as she had to get off her phone. Anthropology used to be one of my favorite stores now the prices are just getting even more outrageous and the staff extremely unpleasant to deal with almost every time I come in

Went in to return a pair of jeans and then decided to order a different size on line with sales associate in store. Went to double check if size is wrong can I return them and they said no only credit. Now on line to cancel and they won’t return my money to credit me card! What has happened to this company??? Very disappointed.

Anthropologie is by far my most favorite store and this location is really spectacular. The clothing, purses, jewelry, home-ware is to die for and so many eclectic things. The sales people are not pushy and they let you try things on even in the mirrors in the store. I have bought many a thing here and I always get so many compliments. I could buy the whole store the stuff is so nice!
