Selene and Rick were so knowledgeable about mattresses! I never knew there was so much technology in a mattress! They really took the time to answer all my questions and they actually LISTENED to me and understood my needs. I have had chronic back pain for years and all this time it was my mattress. I have had my new set for 3 weeks and I have never felt better. I no longer toss and turn at night and I wake up with zero back pain. Selene and Rick I just want to say thank you SOOOOO MUCH!!!! Highly recommended going and seeing them if you want to deal with real professionals!

I was very pleased with Richard. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We looked at couple beds. We found two we like. But didn't purchase any. We wanted to look around other places. Richard give was alot of good information about each beds and what will work best to fit us. We will be back to this store next time.

Even though we didn't walk away just yet with a mattress, he answered tons of questions, had tons of insight, and was patient and understanding through the process. He made the experience easy and dare I say it, fun, to go through. Highly recommend this store with his guidance.

May be one of the most mind-numbing shopping experiences I’ve ever experienced. You would think spending $5,000 on a mattress would warrant a more positive experience. Either the new computer system has glitches that need to be worked out or the sales person doesn’t know how to operate it correctly. Of course, it could be some of each. The upselling was over the top. The inability to add a mattress cover to the invoice seemed nearly impossible to figure out. This effort added several minutes to the mind-numbing experience. And the inability to calendar a delivery date with the computer system seemed almost unachievable. I’m still not certain of the delivery date. There is one on the invoice but I was advised this might change. You would think a $5000 purchase would offer some internal motivation to meet customer expectations. The sleep history of the salesperson wasn’t at all helpful. And, I could care less where the showroom thermostat is located. You got the sake, I hopefully will have a mattress delivered and properly installed. At least that’s my expectation at this time. Thanks.

Extremely informative, showed me a wide range of mattress types and price ranges. Rick made this experience so easy and applied no pressure at all. I could’ve gotten the same deal elsewhere but came back here because of my experience with Rick. He answered every question in an honest and matter-of-fact way and the whole experience was a breeze because of him.
