Alex was an exceptional salesman. He was everything you’d want and nothing you don’t want . He made excellent suggestions that did in fact help me make a better choice. He was very knowledgeable but more importantly he focused on the price range I told him and didn’t push me towards more expensive mattresses. He didn’t push me to spend more money than I was planning on spending. He allowed me time to make a decision. He was fully engaged with me and was still able to help others in the store at the same time. I wonder if people will think this review is fake because it’s such a glowing review. This is the second Sealy hybrid mattress we’ve bought in a year. Love this mattress and purchased a second for our spare bedroom. The salesman in both stores were awesome people and salesman and gave me all the discounts they could find. I really felt taken care of from the time I stepped in the store until I was sleeping on my new mattress!!

I was directed to Mattress Firm by this very kind gentleman but his kindness was nothing compared to, Tommy(Thomas) the salesman at Mattress Firm in Englewood Co. Tommy walked us through the whole experience of buying mattresses and bed supports. He even let us experience lying in heaven. (inside joke) But seriously Tommy, thank you so much, you took away the stress at least for that part of our big move. Looking forward to doing business with you in the future.

Great customer service from Cody! He explained all the different mattress types and patiently waited while we tried out mattress after mattress. We won’t know until after delivery if we like the bed but we had a very good experience at the store.
