Alex was an exceptional salesman. He was everything you’d want and nothing you don’t want . He made excellent suggestions that did in fact help me make a better choice. He was very knowledgeable but more importantly he focused on the price range I told him and didn’t push me towards more expensive mattresses. He didn’t push me to spend more money than I was planning on spending. He allowed me time to make a decision. He was fully engaged with me and was still able to help others in the store at the same time. I wonder if people will think this review is fake because it’s such a glowing review.
