One star goes to the cashier 3068040 for being incompetent and lazy. Perhaps she should start asking if the customers need a bag or help. Piling the items, throwing the receipt on top and expecting the customer to do the rest is not ok.

Old Navy had the plus size jeans and twe shirts we were looking for at reasonable prices. Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciated them.

This store is very frustrating - it is poorly stocked, has no plus size items (I couldn't find any thing larger than an XL), and the items on the shelf are not on the correct size hangers so you have to dig through the entire rack checking the tags inside the clothes to find the actual size. Store is definitely tidier than it used to be, it used to be an absolute disaster, but it seems like they've gone too far in the other direction and now they don't have enough items or variety on the shelf. I do want to note that the employees have all been pleasant and helpful, I think this is an issue more with the management and maybe even the company itself. I won't be going back to this location, and do not recommend it to anyone else.

Old navy made a huge deal about having inclusive sizing in store with all of the regular clothes. Past two times I’ve gone the biggest size they have is an xxl. Disappointed

Store was clean and organized and employees seemed helpful but there were no jeans over an 18 and no shirts over an XL. thought Old Navy was supposed to have more options in store now.

Great selection of clearance, which honestly is all I buy. Who would think though that they wouldn't sell men's shorts in winter? This is Colorado, it's normal to wear shorts year round! ;)

Not a good experience here at all.. There was only one really helpful worker but the rest were very rude and didn't appear to want to assist. I am pregnant, and there is a maternity section online. When I went to look at the clothes, I was informed that they don't have maternity clothes in the store except for returns which are mixed in the clearance section making it almost impossible to find anything worth the effort. The baby section was decent and had good priced options. The men's section was by far the best. They had a lot of clothes on the mannequins but not available to buy. It was really not an enjoyable or worthwhile trip.

It was a good shopping experience, a associate helped find many different jeans for me to try on. She was very knowledgeable of her jean inventory, what would fit and what style would be best for me. Every woman knows how difficult it is to find great fitting jeans. I bought 3 new pairs.!

Horrible experience!! I have over 30 pictures of the store. The entire store was a complete mess, violating many safety regulations. There were clothes shoved underneath most of the racks, piles of clothes on the floor throughout the store and on many shelving units including display tables. The majority of the employees were "hanging out" at the registers avoiding customers and not working. The couple employees that were on the floor, were staying in one location folding a few clothes over and over. No one was walking the floor to assist customers in other areas of the store. I at least do not recommend going to this location. I have in the past worked in the retail industry for several years and I have never seen such lack of work ethics and overall cleanliness. I have already sent all the information and pictures to the corporate office. I hope that no one gets hurt, please be careful if go to this location.

I wasn't impressed at all with the men's section. Not only is it less than a fifth of the store but if you a type that wears more "masculine" clothing, this is not the store to go to. They also had the saddest maternity section I've ever seen. The checkout lady said Old Navy is only doing maternity clothing online now.
