Quality items, but super disorganized and messy. Also the check out line had 20 people in it with two working, and two working without urgency. One night of organizing the store would do you good!

This place reminds me of a high end thrift store. Sometimes you can find great stuff, other times you just wander for awhile to find nothing. It's also super messy and chaotic. Still though, love that if you do find something nice you can get it for a great price.

I don't typically leave reviews however my experience was more sad than anything. The selection was fine, I found a couple things to purchase. I think my largest disappointment was the staff. On two separate occasions with two different associates when I asked how they were doing they flat out said they didn't want to be there and they should have called in. Pretty poor customer service, they were all talking smack about each other and complaining. The ones that I didn't speak certainly didn't look like they wanted to be there either. Coming from someone worked in customer service their entire life including retail, this team could seriously use some training. I hope I have a better experience my next time back.

The store associate Liliya needs to learn some good manners. She is prioritizing chatting with the colleagues or sorting the hangers over the customers waiting in the line. As soon as she saw me approaching the register she turned away and left making me wait for no reason. And she was rude and unpleasant to speak with.

Whether I’ve needed something for myself or my friends and family, I always find items for a good price at The Rack. On a recent visit I was happy to see that they had several staff members organizing the racks, being friendly to each other and assisting customers. These days one never knows if a store has the employees they need. It was nice to see how smoothly things were being handled by the staff on the floor, in the fitting rooms and the check out counters. Every employee I encountered had a smile which makes a huge difference for shoppers like me especially in a day and age when stress levels are high for many. I found everything I needed and even got some gift ideas for family members who have birthdays coming up. The clearance racks were amazing. If you like good sneakers you can wear for hours at work or for a good work out, this store has them (Ryka, Skechers etc). The home and decor section had a good variety of items for spring and summer. They have a great variety of blouses and dresses for graduation parties, weddings and summer vacations. I also found some good quality cotton and linen shirts in the mens section that’s perfect for summer. All in all, a great store for pretty much anything you are looking for 😊

Wearing a size 14 shoe makes it incredibly difficult to shop at normal stores, but Nordstrom Rack carries large size shoes that are perfect and very affordable!

Love this place!!!! They have the best deals on good name brand clothes!!! They have a great selection of out of season collections. Most of the items that they have are what was in style a year ago or a season ago. But there is no reason that it couldn't be worn again! All their clothes are perfectly fine and well priced!!

Warning to everyone*** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY*** I have spent the last two weeks back and forth being lied to about a reshipment of a lost package that was purchased as a graduation present for my niece. When the package did not arrive on the day I paid for expedited shipping for, the supervisor apologized and claimed to be reshipping the items still available by end of the week. That package doesn’t arrive until today, Monday, and only has 2 of the 3 promised items. After spending 2.5 hrs on the phone with various agents and supervisors today, I was snapped at that they shouldn’t of offered to send out the replacement items in the first place and they would NOT be sending out the remaining item left. I spent weeks researching which site/company to order her gift from, and regretfully chose Nordstrom. Do not make my same mistake and end up disappointing your loved ones on their special day.

This store is a complete mess. Way too crowded. Long lines. Merchandise everywhere. Will stick to online shopping and shipping the orders across the street to the non-anxiety-inducing Nordstrom store.

Considering that there is a Nordstrom across the street, this Rack store has pathetically low variety (in quality and quantity) of men's items. The men's section continues to shrink to make room for garbage home decor. Only gets two stars because they occasionally have decent athletic clothes. Definitely do not come here if you have 13+ shoes.
