I sat at the window looking at my order for 15 minutes while the drive through line piled up. A female brunette young worker went to the window to look out several times and refused to make eye contact with me or serve me my order. Guess she considered herself “off the clock”? Anyways, by the time the next employee came my food was cold and my coconut bar was melted from sitting under my food so long. The time before that 2 people left the line because of the wait. Dont come here unless you have time to waste.

If I could give 0 stars I would. All the drinks were absolutely atrocious and gone to the worst. My drinks were either too sweet to possibly drink or overusage of too much milk. Coffee isn’t supposed to be the way they made my drinks. I ordered a Coffee Frappuccino, does this drink look like appetizing to you? I genuinely hope someone comes and assist these workers into making better coffee. Not to mention, I asked for light on the milk for the coffee Frappuccino. Starbucks please do better

The parking lot is a very narrow design ,my 1500 didn’t make in the bypass lane, it was was a 15 minutes for each car at the speaker. How was using the bad pass lane yeahSo I ran over the parking curb. There is no soil or stone just mulch in the planter, it’s over 1.5 ft deep. As a result I ruin my wheel 800.00 for a new one!!Be real careful trying to bypass the drive through lane. This planter is at end off the first parking section! While I was changing my tire another car almost did the same thing I did, but I stopped them!!! It would help to fill with stone and and soil then stone and add the mulch!

I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes to get to the board to place my order only to be told it'll be 25-30 minutes......for a caramel macchiato?!?!??!?! Meanwhile it's 3 people in the window and I'm sure more people are inside. If you have a lot of orders you divide who does what....someone does drive thru, someone does walk ins, and someone does online orders.

This location is a minute from my house. I used to go to Starbucks everyday before I moved here. Now I'd prefer to go elsewhere or make coffee at home. This location shows they are out of half of their drinks on the app. I've ordered nitro cb online multiple times just to get there and them try to give me a grande regular cb because they were out of nitro. I don't remember the last time they actually had it even though it shows they do online. Today I just went through drive thru and was able to order a drink that has been showing not available on the app.. of course once I pay, they come tell me one of the ingredients isn't in stock. I don't think I've ever been there and they had my order available without changing it at least once or twice. Whoever is responsible for ordering the stock is not doing the job correctly. And what's worse than that, when they actually do have the drink, it takes horrible, watered down, or flat compared to every other Starbucks I've had. I never post reviews so this says a lot in itself.

Tried to go in to get ground coffee. But inside of store closed. Not good as I like to see selection of bean coffees. Won’t go here again. No reason not to have full services at this time.

I know many businesses have struggled in the last year to keep quality team members in the service industry. I just want to say how I admire the employees at this Starbucks location. This location is consistently busy and even when the team has been understaffed the go above and beyond to help customers enjoy a quality experience. I go through the drive through several times a week and Haley always greets me with a smile, a kind and encouraging word, and excellent service. The team running the bar is always very courteous and welcoming. This past Saturday I went inside. There were only a few employees working and a drive through full and inside the store was slammed. They were patient with me as I ordered and continued intentional conversation as they prepared my and other customers drinks. I’m a fan. I know they could use more team members in this location, but i want to give a shout out to the incredible efforts of the team through and extremely difficult season in the service industry.

I did a mobile order for my hot latte and it was quicker than the drive thru. I placed my order in the parking lot. I was greeted when I walked in and they were working those orders at a good pace.

Usually this location is awesome, but today, one employee made it challenging. I order two drinks. One for my wife who is at ST Jude hospital going on 2 weeks with my daughter and one for me. The young lady refused to give me a drink holder. She told me they were for mobile orders only. I told her all I want is a cup holder so I can walk the coffee from ST Jude parking lot to my daughter's room. She closed the drive up window in my face. When I asked for a refund, the team lead stepped in, apologized, told me this shouldn't have happened and corrected the situation. Why did this happen?
