Experienced a nice turn around from this location after my prior review of one star. Phoenix is an excellent drive thru host with amazing customer service. Keep up the great work!

The male white barista was very rude and made sure I did not feel welcome but acknowledging every ethnicity but mine when he noticed I saw that he began to speak to black people and the manager was like I’m busy but I’ll talk and we all know what that means try to be nice to black people slap on the wrist but will be going to the other location and the coffee taste better

Yes again tried a different Starbucks and not impressed I know it’s supposed to just be coffee but come on for the cost I expected just a little better quality 👎🏼

I am not sure if the poor service was a result of the store preparing to close; I mean I did arrive at 7:00 pm and the store closes at 8:00pm. Hopefully, once I speak with manager Sammie Strohman she will be able to explain the horrible service provided by her staff. I believe the cashier's name was Kaylan.

This is a good Starbucks location near Costco. Coffee is standard, nothing to complain. They didn’t have pink drink, so I got the dragon drink and it was good as well. It also looked so good that a couple of people stopped by and asked me what I’m drinking. They also have outdoor seating that’s pretty decent. Not the cleanest but big enough for 3 tables. Overall, good location.

The people here never fail to be nice, respectful and patient. It's as if their attitude has an anointing over it. And the drinks and croissants are amazing.

Decent. Typical.☕️ Moderately good customer service (so, not good enough), VERY DIRTY WINDOWS & DOOR! The typical Starbucks experience anymore. Turning into McDonald's. Bummer. Some nice people work there, some uncaring. Bathrooms OK. Been to better shops. Location is good.
