9 Best coffee shop in Memphis, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Do not go here for your smoke products. I purchased a Delta 8 cart here last night and this morning I put it on the charger and then after it all fell apart and we went back to the store to try to get a refund or an exchange and the people were very rude and did not want to work with us even though we were in there every week buying stuff with them will never use the store again the owners and staff do not care anything but pocketing money and earning money from defective products. HORRIBLE SERVICE RUDE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS STORE. ~Paige

Usually this location is awesome, but today, one employee made it challenging. I order two drinks. One for my wife who is at ST Jude hospital going on 2 weeks with my daughter and one for me. The young lady refused to give me a drink holder. She told me they were for mobile orders only. I told her all I want is a cup holder so I can walk the coffee from ST Jude parking lot to my daughter's room. She closed the drive up window in my face. When I asked for a refund, the team lead stepped in, apologized, told me this shouldn't have happened and corrected the situation. Why did this happen? ~Quenton

Just left this location - picking up mobile order. Took a minute for my order to be ready because they were slammed, but EVERYBODY in here was hustlin! Six employees in the store, and every single one was working hard. Store looked great, everything was super clean, and all the employees were professional and looked like a Starbucks ad. This is a good Starbucks location near Costco. Coffee is standard, nothing to complain. They didn’t have pink drink, so I got the dragon drink and it was good as well. It also looked so good that a couple of people stopped by and asked me what I’m drinking. They also have outdoor seating that’s pretty decent. Not the cleanest but big enough for 3 tables. Overall, good location. ~Nikki

After going to 2 stores without cold cups and 3 stores that were closed with short notice, I called this location before coming. They said they were open until 9pm tonight. I arrived 5 minutes later to be told in person that they were closing and unable to serve me and that they would open later at an unknown time and would then close at 9pm due to a staffing shortage. It's crazy that employees have no clue what's going on in their own restaurant, let alone their open and closed times. No wonder noone wants to work for this company anymore. I'd like to see Starbucks allow credit card tips for the employees and in app tips also and also allow their store managers to update their hours so when you search on Google for an open store... The hours listed accurately represent the current hours of the store. ~marie

Mkay every time I go to this one my drink is BOMB AF and the customer service is always great. I don't know who hires these baristas but keep doing your thang! ~Roshondia

The drinks are great. However what I dislike is when you walk in a place and no one speaks to you. In customer service it is my belief you should be greeted as soon as you walk in a door. I know that with barista work it can be time consuming. This should not interfere with your ability to lift your head when you see someone walk in the door and say hi, someone will be with you in a moment. For me to have to wait three to five minutes for someone to greet me it kind of dampers the experience. I would like for this to change because this establishment has so much potential. It’s pretty clean and organized. Although it does take a very long time for drinks to be made as well. I’m just one of those people who are determined to get what I want when I want it and be patient and respectful because I have been in the service industry. I can’t say that others will be the same. ~My
