Dirty dine in tables, chairs, windows, floor. Dirty restrooms. Was visiting at table with friends for several hours and did not see trash on table behind us cleaned. Arms and hands kept sticking to table top, shirt kept sticking to chair back, lounge chairs old and dirty. Cartoons of supplies everywhere. Huge pothole at drive thru window, I watched cars bouncing thru it for hours. Restrooms locked with pin pads and you have to ask for code to use. Kid-friendliness: Not at all. Parking: Satisfactory, but very narrow entrances Wheelchair accessibility: None.

This location has baristas that lie about products being not available. I asked for a shaken espresso and they said they were out of brown sugar. An original shaken espresso is made with classic, not brown sugar.

I could barely tell this place was open. Friendly service as always but geesh clean up. I thought it was an abandoned building with all the trash surrounding it.

After going to 2 stores without cold cups and 3 stores that were closed with short notice, I called this location before coming. They said they were open until 9pm tonight. I arrived 5 minutes later to be told in person that they were closing and unable to serve me and that they would open later at an unknown time and would then close at 9pm due to a staffing shortage. It's crazy that employees have no clue what's going on in their own restaurant, let alone their open and closed times. No wonder noone wants to work for this company anymore. I'd like to see Starbucks allow credit card tips for the employees and in app tips also and also allow their store managers to update their hours so when you search on Google for an open store... The hours listed accurately represent the current hours of the store.

Not sure how this place can be closed in the mornings when it shows open on here as well as their app. Unfortunately this is a common occurrence for this location. I frequent this location only because it’s the closest one to my house. The employees are great, management/owner needs to step up their game! Obviously a reason why they are always short on employees.

Note to self: Don't go through Starbucks drive-thru when there's a tornado warning and the sirens are going off. They're temporarily closed at those times. lol We stopped here several times during our trip to Memphis in April 2022 as it was the closest Starbucks to our hotel. Friendly staff. Quick and efficient. Drinks tasted as expected. Sort of a poor drive-thru design. When the line of vehicles in the drive thru gets long it blocks the parking spots of people inside and they can't leave.

this location is always out of SOMETHING! i understand this is a busy location but every week it’s multiple items not available. even if you ask for another drink, those items aren’t available either. you all know how busy it gets so why are you running out of products so quickly? they should be overstocked. The employees are always friendly but this location is definitely a hit or miss.

Great Starbucks location! The staff is very friendly and they get your order ready so quickly despite being very busy! I definitely recommend using the order ahead option with the Starbucks app. You can walk in and pick your order up right off the counter without any wait time; it’s awesome! I also really like their food like the breakfast sandwiches; very tasty!

There is nothing like a good cup of hot flavored latte! The flavors are better if you have them to steam it with your milk. The veggie egg bites are very tasteful. I also purchased a couple of snacks like the coconut clusters & turkey jerky. My sister tried the iced cinnamon dolce/toffee nut with almond milk & she loved it. I had hot cinnamon dolce/toffee nut latte & it was delicious. Everyone was nice and friendly.
