The owner was incredibly rude and very condescending. When we asked questions she would go on tangents that made no sense and would get annoyed that we didn’t understand what she was talking about. Not sure why she thinks being rude to customers is good for business. ~Karla

The previous owner was great. So nice, so friendly, so efficient. The new employee in the store is extremely rude. I arrived at 10:00 one day and people were lining up behind me. One woman in line had a little baby. The minutes ticked by. The guy working there saw us but refused to open the door. It was incredibly cold out and we all stayed in line thinking he was going to open the door any minute, since the sign says they open at 10:00. He finally did, after 10:10. I asked him why he didn’t open the door and let us in & he said he had to put out his displays. I told him that he could have let us inside out of the cold to wait for him to complete the displays. He just glared at me. No apology for not letting us in, no apology for not opening until after 10:10. I’m going to go to the other shipping place in town . This store has changed for the worst. And they sure don’t appreciate our business. Time for all to stop going there. ~Vickie

Grumpy dude behind desk. Looked at me crazy when I didn't want to send a package the cheapest way. Then charged me for an envelope I didn't need which he first told me I needed. The place hasn't changed in 40 yrs. ~Dan

Wonderful staff. Excellent service, very knowledgeable. Was on a trip, on 5/1/22 had a battery problem, called prior to arrival and the staff there were quick to not only get the battery, but install it as well. So thankful. ~Tracy

This location was awesome. Was kept clean, stocked, every where I look there was an employee either helping a customer or doing their job. Was nice to see people's smiles again. They have everything for spring coming. Need some groceries or house hold products they have it. Love Menards. ~Silver

This is such a great store to get hard-to-find supplements and they carry some specialty organic food items as well. Buying supplements here has saved me more than a few trips to Fresh Thyme or Whole Foods. You won't find better prices on kombucha in town. They also sell fresh pasture raised eggs too! ~Audra
