I called to ask if they had a prescription in stock. After navigating the useless phone menu and waiting on hold, I finally got through to someone who said they didn’t have it. I ask if they could check the inventory of other Walgreens stores in the area so I don’t have to waste as much time calling them as I did calling this one. The pharmacist said “I don’t have time” and hung up on me.

NO PICK-UP ORDERS at the current moment. Just want to save others the trouble I had today. Even though it says it’s possible online. I wasted my day dealing with this Walgreens that ended with a formal complaint to corporate. Manager on duty lied about not having items in stock and refused to give his name, so I could inquire with customer service hotline about the inconvenience I experienced today. Amanda, a manager from the customer service, was very professional with helping me file the complain and said I will receive a call Monday from Sam, the store manager. Will update after. *** Sam, the store manager, did get back to me Wednesday. He admitted he wasn’t aware the device for online orders wasn’t working and and he would have a talk with his shift leader James about the incident. I was not able to get a cash refund but I agreed to the original agreement I had with James of getting the amount as cash rewards for the inconvenience. I’m satisfied with that. And have switch my review to three stars instead of two.

Nice staff and always helpful, but HORRIBLE with cleanliness. These bathrooms are disgusting. Even the location in bad part of town has cleaner bathrooms than this. This is just GROSS. Someone needs a 101 on how to clean and disinfect a bathroom. Especially with all the covid and flu going around. I had to dry my hands on my shirt because I didn't want to touch the paper towel machine. And to think, my camera made these look far better than what they were.

I took my daughter to get her Covid shot and she was very nervous. Ashley in the pharmacy went above and beyond calming her down and ultimately giving her the shot. Which my daughter said did not hurt, thanks to Ashley.

This is not a traditional Walgreens. It has been difficult getting prescription issues fixed without multiple trips, random lunch times (example: Saturday they are closed 1:30 - 2:00 for lunch...). I hate giving bad reviews but I think Walgreens can do better.

Neither Google nor their store specific site tells you the pharmacy hours. Pharmacist is rude and unhelpful. No understanding that when people are sick, they might have trouble standing while you help drive thru. Doesn't offer any information unless you press them.

A pharmacy worker (intern perhaps I can’t remember) named Anna went above and beyond in helping with my prescription when I accidentally left if in the heat. She called my insurance and even took the liberty in finding me a coupon when insurance wouldn’t pay for it. Thank you Anna, you made my day!

The gal from the pharmacy who cashed me out was so friendly and sympathetic. There was a genuine smile about her and I truly felt the meaning of her words when she said to, "rest up and feel better." Definitely would recommend this location!

Pharmacy techs are extremely rude. The one with the pierced septum threw my sons phi in the trash because I don’t have anywhere to shred it. I will be transferring his prescriptions elsewhere, because every time I’m there I am treated this way, I have never had this type of treatment at any other pharmacy, it’s just plain wrong and illegal.
