Very nice supply of candles and body scents. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean, and well stocked. There was a sale for the 3-wick candles today which I couldn't pass up. The candle holders are also superb. I love going there, it's quiet, very peaceful and serene. And the candles are just also...

I ordered a few things online that were on sale, and awhile later they sent a message that my order was ready for pickup. I was planning to be nearby and saved myself a shipping fee. I love this place. 😀

A lot of helpful workers, almost felt a bit bombarded though. I like browsing and sometimes I'm able to find products and scents I've been told they are "out of" on my own. One gal did check in the back for me to see if there was some in the back, which was nice and helpful. I overheard a manager speaking with another worker about their numbers and how they were down...who needs to hear that as a customer? Those communications should be done in the back room, not on the product floor. I was a little turned off because of that.

Made a visit to Bath and Bodyworks at Shadow Lake to buy a birthday gift for my daughter- in- law. I found everything I was looking for. Wonderful staff, they were very helpful. Great store.🙂👍

I always come to this bbw because it's near me. The clerk that checked me was name Sherry she was an older woman. Terrible attitude towards me. Told me she wouldn't accept my coupons because I didn't have the entire paper that was addressed to me and they only accept people that have the papers with couponsstill attached to them. And she only accept it this one time. I said I was using the coupons with different items because they were gifts. Used 25% as she said just use one makes no difference torn up my coupon and grabbed others from hand. I said I'm gonna do it separately and she said so your pay separately too. I said yes. She I can't redo your coupons I torn them up. I said I told you I was doing items separately. She said something under her breath and scanned another item. At this point I just wanted to leave I literally just paid whatever and forgot about the coupons. I don't know what her problems was I hope she gets better with people.

The store is beautifully laid out. It is clean, orderly, and easy to shop. It was fairly crowded, but there was social distancing. The prices are on the high side when there's no sale, but there are sales on a regular basis. I opted to buy without a sale, I couldn't wait. I needed a gift and Bath & Body work candles are the best... The smells are delightful. The service was top-notch. I was looking for a price on something and the assistant helped me right away. I highly recommend this place.

My daughter's and I love to shop here for the bath and shower products and candles. We especially love the holiday scents. I also very much like the mint products for stress and the lavender sleepy time body wash and lotion. The store is organized nicely making it very easy to find what we are looking for. The best time to shop here is of course when there is a sale. It is a clean store at a convenient location with a helpful staff.

We really like this place. The smell alone makes it worth visiting. The candles are incredible. My wife has about every scent they have there. And colorful. This store is like a kaleidoscope of color and olfactory stimulation. I highly recommend stopping in to visit. You will not be disappointed. Just bring lots of cash! It is on the pricey side.
