Loved going to that location but on my last visit was not a good experience. When I got there with my daughter there were 3 employees standing around Waited about 10 minutes before one of the girls asked if we needed assistance. I did need assistance but i just waited to see how long the employees would aknolowledge that we were there. Every other time as soon as you walked in the employees would ask if they can assist. Maybe next time if i go back the employees will be more alert when we walk in.

I'm always impressed when someone will admit, "I don't know.". I'm impressed even more when a sales associate's follow-up statement is, "But, I'll find out.". This Sephora location's staff knocks it out of the park! These ladies go out of their way to find correct information regarding their products. I even had a young lady call me later in the day after I had inquired about different skin care products. I have extremely sensitive skin and have to be very careful what I use, as not to experience an adverse reaction. This young associate called me after she had clocked out after going out of her way and calling several different companies making inquiries! I was blown away! I wasn't sure if she makes commission, but I did ask her when her next shift was, and purchased what I needed straight from her. Come to find out, if I had made an alternate purchase, I probably would have had to make a trip to the hospital! I made sure to pass major kudos to her manager, the JCPENNEY manager, and Sephora HQ too. I don't mind spending extra $ to a company that treats their customers like ! They have a lifelong repeat customer!

Sephora is located inside of JC Penny's and has a well trained make up and Beauty staff waiting to answer your every question as well as offer recommendations for products that cater to your needs and desires. They are also very helpful in picking out gifts.

I absolutely love the selection of products that they have. More importantly, the salespeople were extremely knowledgeable. I do not wear makeup very often, so it was very helpful to have someone point me in the right direction. I’d definitely recommend!

A whole lot on sale, almost everyday! I always do a lot of dual online and in person shopping on clothes. Being able to test fit clothes before buying is always less hassle then waiting days by mail. THE PLACE IS SO CLEAN! for any of you looking for a relaxing place to shop this season.

I wanted to make a point to leave a review for a few reasons. First off Jordan, the woman that helped me today was amazing! The store was out of some of the stuff I was specifically looking for but she easily found another product that would do what I was looking for it to do. You can tell she knows her stuff and she represents herself as such. The ONLY reason this is not 5 stars aside from the store being out of some products is because I could clearly see that the store was lacking in employees. She was amazing but she was bombarded with people who needed assistance. Since I knew I had quite a few questions I waited patiently for her to assist the others (she had already helped me by color matching me, but I had much more to do in there). I hope whoever is in control of the store try’s to make sure they get at least two people working at one time and that they are as trained and Jordan. This is the best Sephora in town, if I were the owners I’d try to keep it that way.

I very much enjoyed my experience at this sephora today. I was incorrectly shade matched at another Sephora for foundation and had to come in and exchange. The woman (whose name I forget, but she was a younger black girl) who helped me was very friendly and attentive and helped correctly match my shade to something a little less warm. But what really stood out was after I was done the transaction and I got my new shade she shook my hand and asked my name again. And then thanked me, by name for coming in. It's qualities like this that really make an employee stand out, and I'm doing a great disservice by not remembering her name. I would definitely recommend, the other ladies that were working that night were also very friendly and helpful

Associate number 0873 was so impatient and was on her phone when I needed help. She seemed more interested in her phone than helping me find a foundation. Then she says “honestly you’re just going to have to find a different foundation...” okay I know I’m not going to get a foundation that’s perfect for my skin but it made me not want to spend money at this location the way her attitude was and how pessimistic she was.
