DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! We just got the MOST RUDE, supposedly general manager EVER! My husband was disrespected on the phone while ordering, and when he got to the store he questioned who took his order. She informed him, RUDELY, that she did and claimed to be the general manager. As if that isn’t enough, she was rude to his face. THEN on his way home, she called him and informed him that “her store” WOULD NO LONGER TAKE ORDERS FROM US. She accused my husband of cussing at her. My husband is a Pastor!!! WE DON’T CUSS!!! I will NEVER grace “her store” again!!! I will instead choose Godfathers, even at their prices over “her store”!

We order from dominos pretty regularly but unfortunately this location has gone down hill. Recently we’ve gotten completely burnt food, wrong quantities, and cold food. We’ve also had a delivery time quoted and had to call for them to say the foods been ready and could we pick it up because they don’t have enough drivers. We understand short staffed but seriously… just call people and tell them it’s longer than expected. Not ask me to cancel or come get it.

If I could give negative stars I would! Horrible and very un professional! We ordered 3 pizza's 2 were correct. 1 was wrong. Called, new pizza delivered. Wrong pizza sent AGAIN. Called yet again. Verified again what pizza was missing. Gentleman said ok 30 min. An hour and a half later my friend called and Ronnie said too bad not sending one So I cleaned ask for the manager, Ronnie said she was. I ask for an explanation. She was extremely rude and repeated she was not sending the pizza. She will give us a free pizza another day but not today. A few people had not gotten to eat yet. I ask why we were not even notified they were not coming after an hour and a half! She was once again rude and flippant. DONE WITH DOMINO'S!!! Rude, unprofessional, zero customer satisfaction. All we wanted was what we ordered!

Apparently they close at 11pm, not midnight. I placed an order for delivery via the app, and it was immediately canceled. I called to see why, and Izzy told me that their driver is already out and needs time to come back. Fair enough, so I asked if they could make the order and I'd come pick it up, and she told me their oven is off. I asked how that's supposed to work, like if I can't get a pizza then how are they open, and she told me I can file a complaint if I'd like.

I'm giving 5 stars because Jacob and Merka made the best pizza I've ever had from Domino's! It was delicious. The toppings were evenly distributed and the crust was perfect. I received it by delivery and it was piping hot. I couldn't ask for more. I was very satisfied with my order!

Delivery was incomplete. Called the store to let them know she seemed nice but hung up on me. I assumed they were making the sandwich and delivering it. Waited what seemed like forever and then called back. She said she was waiting for me to call back to confirm the delivery address because she didn’t have my number. It was on my original order. After confirming the delivery address she hung up on me again. Still waiting on that sandwich two hours later 😡

2nd time in a month I received subpar pasta primavera. First time they forgot the spinach and alfredo sauce so pasta was dry. This time I recieved a spoonful of alfredo sauce in one corner while the rest of the seemed like half order of pasta (barely covered the outer edges of the dish and empty in the middle) that was dry and burnt on some edges. Very disappointed with the quality control at this store.

We eat here regularly and 95% of the time it’s great. Easy to order and track through the app, always great carry out deals. They’ve messed up a couple of times (not enough sauce, etc) but they were always quick to fix it. Always fresh & tasty!

Tried to order a pizza and they close at midnight, it was 1135 and they called and said they can't complete my order because they need to get people out of there. If you're open until twelve, that's how late you should be delivering, and I shouldn't be able to place an order. Maybe change the hours to 1130 instead to get your people out by midnight?
