Horrible experience. First off they never seem to be open, and I was like OK short staff I get it, odd hours right now. When I ordered Thursday night the only good thing was my cheese sticks. My pizza dough was undercooked there was definitely not extra cheese on it that I ordered and the slices were oddly cut. It tasted horrible.

They delivered a pizza and didn’t tell me that it was here and once I went outside to go and check outside it was on the floor covered in ants and I called they said it was my fault for not seeing it and the pizza was over 30 dollars for me and my family don’t order here they treat you poorly

We were so disappointed with the pizzas we had. 1 was supposed to BBQ Beef-not 1oz of BBQ sauce on the pizza and beef, I still don't know what that was but not the real beef it used to be! 2nd pizza was supposed to be Supreme with extra cheese, no sausage. It looked like some barfed on, again, no sauce any where, and it had purple something on it, but it was nasty. This was so disappointing and nasty! Oh, there was a little 'cup' inside the box that said BBQ on it. All I can say is, unbelievable!!

The pizza took nearly an hour and a half to get to me. I called to ask about the delivery time twice, and no one answered. And the breadsticks were burnt with very little parmesan on top. The pizza dough was also a little overbaked and chewy as opposed to soft. The driver was very polite though.

I will recommend again because the pizzas are decent and inexpensive. However this visit was not a good experience. When I ordered online it said the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes, so I arrived in 10. Another order was ready about the time I arrived. Several others were waiting but according to the board, my order was next. No other orders were ready before mine, but it took about 40 minutes for my order of two pizzas and wings to be ready. When I got home the personal pan pizza was not prepared correctly according to the instructions and the dough was not cooked all the way through, was like taking a bite of a half cooked biscuit. Gross!

I order Pizza Hut from time to time and it is always good. But this last time it was awesome because it was hot like straight from the oven to my table. We really enjoyed that. Kudos to the person who delivered.

There were several things we like about the experience. The delivery was faster than any other surrounding pizza competitors in our area. We really appreciated that. The price was great and the new Detroit pizza was a "try it" pizza and we will definitely try it again. Delicious.

The only reason I get pizza from here is that my kids love the stuffed crust pizza and I love my kids. But I hate the service at thus location. I always order extra garlic butter and marinara for which I get charged yest never seem to actually get. And even when I call and tell them they never do anything about it because honestly the people who work just don't care.

My order arrived quickly was was accurate and still steaming hot. Its not often the food is still hot when getting delivery. This location has consistently delivered good quality fresh food fast and its much appreciated. Keep up the good work!!

Anna the manager of 12 years was very rude. I received the thinnest crust, hardly any sauce, dry and well done pizza. Any time i order Pizza Hut it’s Above and beyond my expectations.. but not today. Today it sucked so so bad. Normally I don’t call anywhere and I just take it how it is (anxiety). But today I called because even my kids said “this pizza sucks”. Manager stated I could get different pizzas if I brought them in due to training purposes.. I asked for delivery in the first place because I don’t have a car so I said I could give the pizzas back if new ones were delivered. Anna the manager said I’d get the same pizzas if i ordered them again. This came out of a manager of 12 years mouth. I want good pizza! I love Pizza Hut. I haven’t given up on Pizza Hut but definitely this location. I did get my money back but it’s the principe. They could have just sent good made pizza and kept the money. Thanks Annna smh
