Had a decent experience. I just stopped in for the restroom but have also purchased items from there. The store is similar to other Casey’s although this one might be a little larger. Regardless, it is a good store and caries a wide variety of products. The staff were also helpful and seemed to be doing their best despite a large amount of people. The restroom was clean. Overall I enjoyed the experience and had a good customer experience. I would recommend this Casey’s especially as it is the only gas station right around Village Point.

Hard to buy gas here. 75% of the pumps bagged for years. Busy store but Casey’s doesn’t seem to care about this location

I had trouble paying for gas at a pump so I went inside to prepay. I was charged twice for gas (one I used and the other I didn’t) and it took several visits and phone calls to try and get my money back… it’s been over a month and I still haven’t gotten it back (I was told it would take 30 days at the most to appear in my account).

the same manager every time, i feel for anyone that stop here! Went to this Casey and notice right away the Manager was not friendly paid for my items and had to ask for a bag and she acted like it was a problem and tossed the bag and my things to me 2nd time i stop in she was just being plain rude to a customer in front of me due to being older and not at fast as us young ones (38) . the Last one was i guess a coworker was busy and the system mess up and she was down rite nasty to her. if this is what there management is like , i can only imagine wat management above her is like!!! NEVER STOPING THEIR AGAIN!!

I went to Casey's on 168th and dodge and when I was going to cash out the sales man with curly short hair with glasses didn't bag my stuff an did not ask for my Casey rewards and about to punch it in he already cashed out so I am so upset he was on his phone the whole time he was checking me out and he had seven customers behind us like come on be more stricture on your employees

Car wash attendant was great. It is very confusing how they have it set up. There is no signage that says to pay inside. No way to pay when you pull up. You have to pay at the pump but when I got gas it never gave me that option or you have to pay inside. That would be fine if there was clear signage. The poor guy operating the wash has to run out and check each car’s receipt and explain how it works over and over. I was blocked in by other cars by the time I realized I couldn’t pay at the car wash. So he let me go through and then go inside and pay. I’m sure people could easily take advantage of this. Casey’s should fix this with at least a sign ASAP. Great car wash though and helpful staff everywhere.

So I have a thing for Casey’s convenience stores and after finding this one a couple years ago after being tired of the one nearest my home being out of supplies. I LOVE the staff who work here…my morning girls are super sweet and kind and always in a good mood! (Same goes for jon in the afternoon/evenings.) I know that the French vanilla creamer will ALWAYS be refilled if they’re on in the morning. On the rare occasion that something is out of stock, they will find/fill/replace it when I let them know. The ice, cold French vanilla creamer, and doughnuts for the kids sold me on Caseys, but the staff turned me into a 2x a day regular!

12/16/21 I went to Casey’s a couple of weeks ago and was able to pay at the pump! The pumps don’t work. If you expect to pay at the pump don’t go here.

They have a great selection of convenience products. Great pizza. Donuts good also.They should provide at least 2 little shopping carts. Sometimes I actually buy more than a single snack here.
