Pizza is your standard Domino’s fair. I always pick my order up and haven’t had the issues other have shared. I will say that if you show up right when the order tracker says your order is ready, it never is. Always give them an extra 3-5 mins after the order tracker says ready.

Strong whirlwind hit front door area while I carried the pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza flew high and threw the box about 20 feet away in a split second. It has never happened to me before. It was scary experience. The staff at the store saw what is happening and gave me the replacement pizza.

I have called 3 times to talk to a manager since my post, have been left on eternal hold each time, who does business like this? They should have their franchise terminated. I have sent a letter to Dominos corporate. Missed guarantee time by 20 minutes, both pizzas were cold, cheese dip was so over cooked/burnt there was only 3 tablespoons of cheese to eat, buffalo chicken was over cooked and cold, called the store, they really didn’t care. Got a free pizza because they missed guarantee time, will never go back, don’t waste your money ordering from this store.

Store location 6124 off of 181st and Harrison was such a spectacular delivery experience. Miranda Ewing a general manager from the store hand delivered my pizza and pasta. She was incredible! When I opened my food containers I was so thrown off on how prefect everything was. If you get Miranda one night as your delivery expert. You should feel lucky cause her and her team are doing an excellent job!

Have ordered from here twice and each time my food is not ready when I was told it would be. Last time sat in the parking lot for an hour after being told it would be 15 more minutes (this is already 10 minutes past my pick up time) and tonight I order a couple of hours in advance. Surely it will be done at the time I would be there to pick up. No! It was not even in the oven yet. So again here I am waiting for another hour before I told them to just cancel the order. I don't understand what the hold up is with this place. Maybe under staffed, but even with that an order placed hours ahead of time surely you can.make that on time or within the hour after I have checked in to get my food. Love Domino's pizza, but the service at this store is ridiculous.

I want to start with the fact that we usually have a pleasant experience here. However tonight we got pizza where the crust tasted old. The cheese on both pizzas barely covered the pizza, an entire slice of one had no cheese and hardly any sauce. The second pizza was supposed to be half cheese and half pineapple, it had pineapples across the whole thing and my son wouldn't eat it. The pizza itself tasted the worst it has since we've ordered from here.

One of our pizzas should of been redone.... with the bubbles over half of the pizza has no cheese. And of course I didn't notice this till after I got home from picking it up and on 15 minutes away. Disappointed in your quality control.
