This MegaSaver stole from me once. I went in to this location and gave them 74.00 and some change to separate the two numbers on my account into two different accounts and pay off my half of the phone bill. They told me I had to come back two days later to pay off the other half of the bill. When I returned the following monday, they told me they had not received the $74.00 payment. The night before I had thrown away the receipt and they said without a receipt there was nothing they could do. They laughed and told me that the guy who took the payment was out of the country and refused to tell me his name. The next morning, me and the other person who was on the account went back and paid off the account again, the full 97.00 this time. I asked if I brought in the bank statement saying I made the 74.00 dollar payment if they would reimburse me. They said that they would. I came back two days later with the bank statement. They did not reimburse me. They printed off a copy of the payment history on the account. It stated that I came in early in the morning and paid off the bill in full (I actually came in around 5 or 6 p.m. and paid only $74.00) at a different location (all BS and completely made up). They had no record of the real transactions that were made. They could have gotten away with saying it was just a missed payment until they tried to cover up their tracks. They said I had to take it to the cricket store (this was back when it was called Cricket). So I went to the cricket store on 89th and Dodge. They told me that there was nothing they could do because I could have spent that money on anything, such as gas or alcohol. I called them and asked to speak with the store manager, a guy named Boris. As I was telling him about the situation, he hung up on me. I called back and asked if there was a corporate headquarters and I was told that there was not. I looked on the internet and found that there was a corporate headquarters. A few years after this, I stupidly went to a MegaSaver again and bought gas without going inside. After that I immediately started having fraudulent charges on my checking account. Fortunately, the bank was able to reimburse me for this fraud this time. Since then, I have seen news stories about scammers putting card readers on gas pumps at MegaSavers and I have to wonder if MegaSaver themselves wasn't in on these scams. Considering their history of fraud and poor business ethics, it wouldn't surprise me. Needless to say, I don't go to MegaSavers anymore.

One of the BEST BEST BEST places to purchase a phone EVER!!! Polite curteous and will to fix any and all issues that they can!!!! Hands down best service and value no matter what!!! Go in check it out and tell your friends!!!!!!

Employees are quick, friendly and professional. Prices are astoundingly low on tobacco items and gasoline, slightly lower on food and liquids. Store is clean, well stocked as Convenience Store, plus a great array of communication devices and some nice electronics and one-stop shopping for mobile plans. Customer Service Associates dealing with mobile and electronics are very patient with browsing shoppers. Handicapped parking is available. No restroom facilities. All-in-all a great place for quick stop shopping and mobile services.

I always felt safer during the COVID-19 pandemic that I could pull into the drive-though and have an employee help while wearing protective mask and gloves. I went to the store 5/5/20 and the employee was not wearing any PPE. I asked her if they are still wearing the PPE and she kind of said yes and shrugged. Wearing the PPE seems like a small price for making your customers feel safe.
