My mother went there this week and the person cutting her hair was completely mean to her. Highly don’t recommend this place by the way she was treated. Very unprofessional and the lady cutting her hair even started purposely pulling on her and hurting her for no reason as she was raising her voice to my mom. Even the other hairstylist noticed and kept looking over, but didn’t do anything about it.

They can't cut hair this lady, was being rude, and saying really rude things in front of me. And kept putting her nasty greasy hands all over my head. Kept being so disrespectful. And she doesn't know who she is, trying to charge me more , for no reason I think that Great clips is bad they, can't even cut curly hair too. Worst place in town, go to real barber, not a hair salon that doesn't what they are doing. They are rude, and never let me do anything they think that they rule the world , and talk, unprofessional about having a bad haircut. RUDE!!!! Service: Haircut

I went in for a typical haircut yesterday, It was a very strange atmosphere. Not very professional as they were talking about a past employee, making me feel uncomfortable even for the lady they were speaking of. The comments no matter the situation should not have been said in front of myself and the other paying customers, it was very rude and disrespectful! I will not be back, it does not matter whether the past employee quit or got fired, she should not be spoken of at all being that she was not there to defend herself!!! Nor should they be discussing anything like that in front of customers!!!! Service: Haircut

Good place for a quick cut. I get the standard cut nothing fancy. All the stylists I have had do a good job. I do not request any particular one, just the next open. This location is average compared to others in the area. Not the most warming environment, but great for me. I usually have discount coupons that makes the experience better and the online check in makes up for any negatives. You can get in and out quick to get on with your day.

Not exactly excited with how they cut my daughter's hair. They did a decent job on my son's. Stylists were for the most part nice and available. Particularly love the online check in

They don't honor the on-line reservations. If you make an appointment and show up at the agreed upon time, they will make you wait because someone else has jumped the line. If you point this out, they inform you that "corporate" manages the website, and that they don't have anything to do with the on-line reservations. I suggest that you find another hair cut place with integrity, because at this Great Clips, it's first come, first serve.

I see there is some unsatisfied customers that have had a bad experience at this salon. I can tell you since i have been going there for about 4 years i have not had a bad experience at all. When i first moved here there was a girl who butchered my hair. I wasn't too happy. Also there has been times that there was a "traveling" stylist who made me questioned if they have ever cut hair before. Emily is the stylist i do recommend to anyone who considering using great clips for a haircut. Even though Amanda was blasted on here she is also a very good stylist. If they ever decide to let her go i definitely will go elsewhere for my haircut.
