I had pretty long hair and needed a simple trim. I asked for maximum 2 inches off. She was ready to send me out the door and I had to point out it was clearly uneven. By the time it looked decent, a basic trim had turned into a 6 inch chop. Highly disappointed.

The rude African American cut my hair in several spots to short I was wearing a LGBTQ mask and I was treated badly. And also was preached at by her about God. I will never step foot into a great clips building ever again. Service: Haircut

I used to only use this hair salon but the last few times have been horrible. The stylist seem like they want you out as soon as possible. The one who cut my hair last didn't even offer to get the hair off my forehead and gave a disgusting look when I asked for product. We went in to get my roommates hair cut, I believe the persons name was Kara. She was very rude. Didn’t try to make conversation didn’t ask what else my roommate wanted, it was very uncomfortable. My roommate wanted bangs and to get her hair layered but was so uncomfortable with the haircut that she paid and left. I wouldn’t go back here ever. Her hair is so uneven she has to go back to a different place to get it fixed! Don’t spend money here.

My stylist was great. I love my haircut. The one downside is we checked in online and it gave us a much shorter wait then we actually had. It was worth the longer wait though!

My husband went in for a haircut. The lady who did it destroyed his hair. Gave him a military cut. She was talking about her aura and how she is minimizing her life but in the process ruined his hair. Before his sisters wedding. He even had a picture. I’m so disgusted. I hope her aura somehow figures out how to cut hair. Service: Haircut

If you like pleasant people, DO NOT GO HERE. I checked in online and showed up a little early. She asked where I lived and when I told her I’ve moved since it was changed, she verbally scoffed at me. I’ve never been asked that besides my first time at Great Clips over 10 years ago. I asked why that matters and she didn’t answer. Then she asked if I was in a week and a half ago and I said yes, then she rolled her eyes. No way I was letting that lady touch my hair, so I left. Service: Haircut

Had the feeling she wanted to get me out so she could sit back down and play on her phone. Received a simple "3 inches" off my ends but instead had 4 inches on one side and gradually 3 on the other.... Unfortunate.
