The haircuts were adequate, the wait was 20 minutes longer than promised and the place had a very strong marijuana smell.... I hope that was from a customer because I almost walked out. The hairdressers we had were not very social, I know it's the end of the day, but try not to be too grumpy! Services: Kids' cuts, Haircut

Friendly, skilled and consistent staff members. Good prices and a great mobile app to make checking in, sending messages and checking the wait time so very easy. Additionally, whichever location you go to, they have notes on the last haircut you got. You can check-in at home, get a text from them when you’re almost up, and leave to get there just in time with no wait.

After talking for a few minutes on the hair cut I wanted, the lady ignored what I said because she printed off a little slip of paper that said to cut it super short and shaved my hair to < 1/2 the length I wanted before I realized it. When I asked why she was doing that she said "well the paper said to cut it this way" even though we just talked about what I wanted. Usually I have a great time, now it'll take me months to get my hair back to the length I'm comfortable with. Service: Haircut

Sometimes you run into a person who just changes the way you look at life. Today I ran into one of those people. She had the most positive outlook on life and we had a great conversation. I also got a great haircut. For the life of me I don’t know why I didn’t get her name…I wish I would have! People like her are why This is the greatest country in the world. Started cutting my hair but then kicked me out when they thought my dandruff was lice. My mom has helped treat kids who have lice and knows how to recognize nits, and she is positive that I don't have any. Great Clips lost our business today... Also, the lady didn't let my mom watch her cut my hair, but instead told her to take a seat and trust her. Kind of annoying...
