After talking for a few minutes on the hair cut I wanted, the lady ignored what I said because she printed off a little slip of paper that said to cut it super short and shaved my hair to < 1/2 the length I wanted before I realized it. When I asked why she was doing that she said "well the paper said to cut it this way" even though we just talked about what I wanted. Usually I have a great time, now it'll take me months to get my hair back to the length I'm comfortable with. Service: Haircut ~Jason

I had pretty long hair and needed a simple trim. I asked for maximum 2 inches off. She was ready to send me out the door and I had to point out it was clearly uneven. By the time it looked decent, a basic trim had turned into a 6 inch chop. Highly disappointed. ~Kallee

My mother went there this week and the person cutting her hair was completely mean to her. Highly don’t recommend this place by the way she was treated. Very unprofessional and the lady cutting her hair even started purposely pulling on her and hurting her for no reason as she was raising her voice to my mom. Even the other hairstylist noticed and kept looking over, but didn’t do anything about it. ~Chris

I've been going to this salon for the past year or so. Today Sara cut my hair and she did a fabulous job. She listened to me and did exactly what I asked for which made me very happy. The salon is clean and organized and their rates are pretty reasonable. I did not check in online ahead of my visit so I had to wait for about 20-30 minutes before getting my haircut, so keep that in mind! Will definitely continue going back there. ~F
