Everything on my order was incorrect except the boneless chicken. I would not recomend this location for take out. They do not pay attention to the order and everything came in a smashed container. Very bad service.

Ordered food at 10. Order was confirmed. Arrived to pick up food and was told that closed at 10PM. Online it says 11PM. Thank God we didn't pay online or we would been ripped off 31 dollars. Very embarrassing, I had friends visiting and they were hungry and if it wasn't for Little Cesar drive thru we wouldn't of had anything to eat. This location needs to get it together with there confusing hours of operation. Shut down your website and don't take orders if your going to be closed. This is not acceptable.

This location is so irritating. They are always out of personal pan pizzas! Thank you Book-it reading program! And you cannot order delivery online on Mondays because they refuse to update their website and they used to be closed on Mondays and they will not honor websight prices over the phone! F-U Pizza hut

Pizza is always good. The problem your work staff not doing there job. Sitting on the phone, ignoring customers wait in parking lot to pick up there pizza. Have to go in pick it up demand money back for curb side delivery. Still to busy to even give you service talking on cell phones. Pizza hut just list another customer. Think about what you hire to represent your company. Not hitting expectations here in Omaha.

Why take my order and my money if you aren't going to deliver it. Your tracker stated you were making it. But you are no closed with no update. I and my two sons went to bed hungry after a long day traveling.

I ordered a pizza at 9:01pm with an estimated delivery time of 9:45pm. I called them when it was 9:50, knowing they would be closing at 10pm. The gal that answered said the cooks didn't put my order in and she already canceled my order. She did not call me or try to reach out to me to inform me of the change. Her customer service was poor and her reasoning for not putting in my order or reaching out to me was she "ran out of cheese". I will never order from this location again. This has not been my first issue with the 24th Street location. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.

I’m not one to normally do this, but I Ordered two hours ago from them for delivery, just to find out they are closed. If your going to be closed make sure you turn off your online ordering and do what other pizza huts do and say your closed. I didn’t pay with my card thank god but this was irritating.

I would have gave them 5 stars but they messed up my order. But this pizza is bomb and the breadsticks perfect but I order cheese sticks. I love Pizza Hut way more than dominoes. Do get dominoes here it is nasty gave me diarrhea

It is kind of absurd how much they cut back the toppings on pizzas nowadays, in addition to that the delivery driver whenever I ask for change complained about not getting a tip and then whenever I told him that I wanted my change. The total was $28 and I gave him 2 20s and asked for my change. He hesitated and gave me 3 bucks back.

They delivered three pizzas super late after an hour and 35 minutes from the time we placed it. Told us it would take no more than 40 minutes. Well we understand sometimes stuff like that happens. But when we open the boxes OMG how in the world can this happen, literally we received burned pizzas not well cooked BURNED. We called the store and they obviously put us on hold for 10 minutes. Drove to the pizza location and requested to speak to a manager, the two Hispanics kids were literally laughing and pointed to what it seemed the person in charge. I requested my money back and the free pizzas for the inconvenience and the trouble for the wait and for the drive to their location. He didn't want us at first give us ur money back, when I told him that I would contact corporate he agreed to just give us our money back. Very bad service not coming back that's for sure here.
