Ive been getting my pizza at various places to see whos is consistantly hot, fresh and how delivery was handled. Havent tried Pizza Hut for awhile becuz the last order I got was not good. Tried them again this week and although the pizza tasted pretty good I will point out a couple of things. The crust on the outside was perfect but there was uncooked dough under my toppings. The Edge is a good choice for flavor, just make sure the crust is cooked inside. Also, I live literally 5 minutes from their location and when my food arrived I considered warming it up b4 eating it. My driver pulled up, called me and as I confirmed that he was at the correct address I had to ask if he was coming out of the car becuz he just sat there. When he gave me my food I paid, gave him a decent tip and said have a nice day, to no response at all. Customer Service goes a long way in my experience. Overall, it was a fair experience ordering from Pizza Hut. Not bad but not great either.

Sure, if you want clumps of dirt with a side of your mushrooms, this is your go to place. Nothing quite like taking a bite and getting a mouth full of dirt. Upon inspection, there’s a clump of dirt along with some sprinkles on the whole pizza. Definitely won’t be back.

We ordered at 8:40 pm and never received our food. I called at 9:40pm and got a message that they were closed. We never received a phone call or email telling us there was an issue. When I checked my tracking on the website it said the food was being prepared. We ended up ordering from Domino’s. My children did eat until after 10 pm. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of communication. If they weren’t taking orders they should have notified me.

Just close this store already. They’re not exactly a dine in store, delivery unavailable, carry out ordering online unavailable and they won’t answer the phone for me to order. I listen to the automated advertising system they have for 30 seconds or so before my call magically disconnects. I understand understaffing but just pick up and tell me you cannot handle my business. It’s been this way for months.

They were out of everything but thin crust. Had to order the personal mini pizzas just to get original crust. I would have went someplace else but it was late They were also out of their desert. Any other time I give this location a 5. Not this time. I paid more and got less.

I am so glad and appreciate the marinara was not forgotten this time. I have been disappointed so many times before, and my calls to the store were not responded to, to rectify the situation. This time I made notes any where I could in the online order special note spaces, in an effort to ensure I received the additional sauces I paid for. It would be great if that was not a necessary thing customers had to do to ensure their full order is received.

I ordered medium PAN pizzas and I paid the extra dollar to upgrade to the pan crust. I called the store and they assured me that what I received is pan crust because they have no other crust available right now. But as you can see, the crust is super thin! I've had pizza hut pan pizza for years, and it is supposed to have a much thicker crust. So either they lied to me and made up a story about pan being the only crust they have right now (which I hope is not the case) or they did a terrible job making the pizza. Either way, would not recommend!

Literally the worst Pizza Hut. Cannot get through to ask for a refund. I was on the hold listening to their pizza deals for almost 30 minutes. We picked up and wait time was adequate. Should have checked our order before we left. Pasta was like it was cooked days ago and left uncovered in the fridge. Those noodles we crispy, couldn’t eat. Marinara was just tomato juice like someone opened up V8 and poured it in a cup. Wasn’t sure if our pepperoni sauce was made with V8 juice either so I didn’t eat any of it. Our cheese pizza was supposed to have marinara sauce, not their stinky cheese sauce. Double checked our receipt to see if I made a mistake but no it was on there with marinara. Our cheese sticks weren’t burnt this time!! Not the first time we’ve had troubles here. They constantly mess up orders or forget things. Last March I waited 2 HOURS for our delivery (weather was good). Called for refund and they wanted me to come into the store to get a refund in the start of a pandemic when you couldn’t even buy toilet paper. Don’t order here at the Underwood location. Hoping to get through tomorrow.
