NO PICK-UP ORDERS at the current moment. Just want to save others the trouble I had today. Even though it says it’s possible online. I wasted my day dealing with this Walgreens that ended with a formal complaint to corporate. Manager on duty lied about not having items in stock and refused to give his name, so I could inquire with customer service hotline about the inconvenience I experienced today. Amanda, a manager from the customer service, was very professional with helping me file the complain and said I will receive a call Monday from Sam, the store manager. Will update after.

Sam, the store manager, did get back to me Wednesday. He admitted he wasn’t aware the device for online orders wasn’t working and and he would have a talk with his shift leader James about the incident. I was not able to get a cash refund but I agreed to the original agreement I had with James of getting the amount as cash rewards for the inconvenience. I’m satisfied with that. And have switch my review to three stars instead of two. ~Elizabeth
