I'm not much for giving reviews to Big Boxes as they take money from communities to other states and i support local business. But in the case of BLIND for your home these are hard to find. I want to commend the Team Saturday 9/3 in Ralston Nebraska for their help and knowledge with blinds. I didn't buy any but they gave me the advice i needed to conform and double check everything before i do. Typically in these big boxes service stinks but today this team rocked it out. Kudos to the male and female who both helped in the custom blinds and the aisle. I will be back to buy mine once i confirm a few things on size.

It's a giant DIY/ Home Improvement store... what more do you want? However, the website inventory quantities don't seem to be correct all the time... maybe call ahead and ask! Possibly ask them to hold your item for you? EG: Website said they had 3 on hand, when I got there there was only 1. Still got my item! Still very happy w/the performance of said item!! VERY happy w/the item!

There was a small pile of dirt that must’ve been swept up at some point around the plant area inside the store. There was no employee around the plants (I was looking for one because I had a question). I see an employee come around the corner with a broom a few minutes later and she looks at the ground and says “WOOOWWW” to my mom. Well my mom didn’t see the pile and ran it over with her cart as the employee comes around to sweep up the pile. My mom sees what she did and apologizes directly to the employee, but said employee just shakes her head and turns around.I understand that’s frustrating but her response was uncalled for.

❗ POOR QUALITY SERVICE and NO ACCOUNTABILITY – I used Lowe's Installation services for several interior doors, and overall the process was a NIGHTMARE! They ordered the wrong door MULTIPLE times which wasted my time and caused me to miss work multiple times. Once the doors were installed we learned one still wasn't the right size, leaving a 1+ inch GAP underneath. I reached out to Lowe's about this but virtually everyone AVOIDED accountability—from the salesperson in the store to the management level of their corporate customer service team. Managers wouldn't contact me back despite making promises to. None of them were aligned on the remediation process. Overall TERRIBLE experience. Lowe's just lost a customer for life, and they don't deserve your hard earned money. Keep looking.

Waited in the grill section for over 30 minutes for an employee. Saw plenty just walk on by, some even repeatedly. When I went to track one down, one offered to help, I told him what I was looking for. He said he was going to get it. Waiting another 20 minutes and there was said employee at the paint desk helping other customers. So I told my wife, let's just pay. We get up to the register. Cashier asks how my experience was, I told her the issue and she tells me, "we're understaffed so I am not going to say I am sorry." My wife hands over a plant, but not bar code. Rather than page someone to do a price check she tells my wife to go look for it. I asked if she could just page someone and she said, "I don't have anyone to page." Never have I been so treated badly and rudely at a Lowes before. It will be the last time I step foot in the Papillion location again. It's worth the extra time to go to Menards or Homedepot. They may not be fully staffed, but they at least don't act put upon.

My fiance and I went to Lowe's after having some issues with our breakers in only one part of the house. Brian was a huge help! I don't know if he solely works in electrical or another department. He educated us without belittling us or making us feel stupid. He was such a nice help and told us different things we could try if our first plan didn't work and before needing to call an electrician. (Fingers still crossed we won't need to). We don't go to Lowe's very often but the customer service that Brian showed is the main thing that will have us coming back! Brian if you see this, thank you so much. You are the best!

Very disappointed. Went to spend a $50 giftcard today and their system is down. Only suggestion was to use cash. Well, if I was going to use cash I wouldn't have come here. I came to use a giftcard. I asked the associate to hold my purchases until tomorrow. We will see if that happens. Didn't seem like he wanted to do that.

Great customer service but HORRIBLE delivery service. The delivery company once again did not deliver on day two. They gave us a window of 9am-1pm and called the wrong number (my military husbands number that he can't answer at work) and knocked on the door at 8:45am and left. Lowes delivery consultant assured us that they would deliver at the end of their route. Later she called and said that she sorry and that the the delivery company dropped out washer/dryer back off at the store. That was day two after day one of calling the wrong number with us trying to correct that problem previously. Whoever this 3rd party delivery service is should be terminated. Starting to question whether they want to deliver a washer and dryer. We will see how day three goes...

I went in to get some wood screws for some decking repairs. As usual I did a full lap of the store. I’m excited that they are bringing out all the spring seasonal items. This spring I’m looking to do some bbq’ing and smoking. I’m impressed with all the different types of grillsthat are on display. Everything from smokers to gas grills to pellet grills. To add, the amount of accessories that they have is impressive. They even added spices and rubs to choose from. Most importantly to me, they’re stocking different types of charcoal, pellets, and wood chunks and chips. That’s a game changer right there. It’s going to be a fun summer of cooking for sure.

Lowe's is alright. I tend to like the brand's that Home Depot carries for tools better. Menards is great for wood, drywall and such, but there's nothing wrong with Lowe's. If you need something for around the house type projects they've probably got it.
