A cashier swiped $100 of my hard earned money and got away with it. I don't care what anyone says. I've deposited money here just about every Friday. I've had a few discrepancies I happened to catch. I didn't catch this one until the next day when I reviewed my account. I feel they didn't want to admit to it even if they caught her on film. Needless to say, I'll take my business to Four Points as soon as my debit card is in.

My wife and I deposited $1900 into our account last Friday. As she reviewed our account the next morning, she realized that the deposit was $1800. She contacted the bank and there will never be any way to convince us that the video didn't show. Their PR would be on the line so they just pretended to look into it. The manager even insinuated that my wife may have stopped at the store to use that money . The audacity! She will be closing that account. Steer clear of this place.

Gave us multiple counterfeit $100 bills- verified by another bank that caught it right away. When we asked them how they were going to make it right, they did not take responsibility and told us that we were simply out of luck. Makes you wonder how many other people have gotten and will get screwed by this branch.

I had a really bad experience the first time I called to ask about a refi. After management got ahold of me and took over we had a great experience, they really took the time to give us all options ,details and offers. Thank you metro!
