Broke down on the interstate. Leaf springs broke on 5th wheel camper enroute to Colorado. Dropped camper off at Cross & Sons at 8:00 am. Was on the road by 4:30 that afternoon. And the cost was half of what we thought it would be. Keith and staff are Awesome! Great customer service..

I dropped off my cargo trailer for a quote and possibly some repairs to be done . They had my trailer for two weeks and I hadn't heard from them so I called and was told they have been busy and he had tried to contact me but I had no voicemails. He stated he couldn't get the OEM part and I told him he could put in aftermarket parts. Two weeks later still hadn't heard from him with a new quote . I went and picked up my trailer. Bad custumer service!
