Best atm in Papillion, Nebraska (NE) 2024

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 25 years, I went in to get a form signed by the notary and they told me she was busy with a new customer and sent me to the Papilion police office. Seriously it would have taken her 5 minutes.. Very disappointed in their customer service! ~Susan

We recently spoke with a very nice woman by the name of Claudia at this location in the hopes of refinancing our current JEEP loan with ANB. She was very nice and listened to our situation and said she would submit our request. A week later, after sending her two separate emails and not hearing anything back, I contacted her by phone. The loan refi was denied. She apologized but stated it was out of her control. Underwriters make these decisions. I went in a week later to see her in person to express our disappointment and to notify ANB that our loan would be paid off by another lender. I asked for a name to contact directly to write to again state our position, but she declined to supply this information. I have yet to hear anything back from ANB. We will not use this bank again in the future and would not recommend it to any of our family or friends. ~Linda
