Tried to look at a prepaid cell phone..was told I wasn't allowed to read the box or hold it ..which is ridiculous..how do I even know what card to buy with it or even see the phone..and then he wants to give me an attitude.. 5:30 Aug.25,2022..

They do not offer curbside pickup. In case someone at this establishment hasn't realized, there is a global pandemic happening. In a town with rapidly increasing cases, not offering curbside pickup is atrocious, and selfish.

Tryed to down load your store app, which I down loaded once before, & then removed it, My wife found something that was on sale, but you had to use a DG down loaded coupon, So I said O.K, I will download the DG APP, so I tried to do it, with the not so helpful staff, they tried to help, but there is only so much they can do, they have other customers to wait on.After 20 minutes of trying to down load the App, & my wife getting madder by the minute, I gave up.It kept telling me my pass word was wrong, well Duh, it wanted my pass word from the 1st time I down loaded the App a year ago when I took the 1st app out of my phone.Wouldn't except new pass word.So said to much trouble to screw with, put the product I was going to buy back on shelve & left.Not a happy shopping experience.

I'm in the checkout and the cashier is talking on her phone. There's two people behind me and she was barley even paying any attention to me. When I asked if she could double bag my items she couldn't hear me because she was too busy talking on her phone. Wow how rude is it for you to be on the clock and talking on your phone when you are supposed to be helping customers. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
