The sandwiches were assembled neatly, food was fast, the gentleman who took my order was patient and thorough. They do a great job.

Wnt be back drove the semi over walked over lights on customers inside and out I walk in guy very rudely tell me we are closed I responded and said then turn off open sighn if you gunna close early

My sandwich was great. My husband had way too much mustard and lettuce. His bread was hard also.

ordered #12 no lettuce no Cucumbers and slim turkey extra turkey in the drive thru, the man asked if I wanted cheese I said yes he asked if there was anything else I said that would be all, he said $19.84 pull ahead, I pulled ahead, he opened the window asked for $19.84 I handed him a $20 , he handed me 16 cents back moments later a bag of sandwiches and I drove my 23 miles home. Upon getting home my #12 had a PILE of lettuce and my slim was a #16, I called the store asked for the supervisor told him the above and he said what would you like us to do? I said well I have 2 sandwiches we can't eat and 23 miles to travel to get the correct food and he went into some story about price difference in the slim and #16 and there was nothing he could do to help me. I said I paid more for the #16 then that of what the slim should have been and he said we charged #16 you got #16 and there is nothing we can do, I said but I didn't order a #16 I ordered a slim extra turkey and Now we have food we can't eat for $19.84 he said again there is nothing we can do. I SAID OKAY THEN I will call corporate and hung up. I would like to know if this is protocol for Jimmy John to treat the customer because I will never shop here again if this is how I will be treated..

If you're a fan of Jimmy John's do yourself a favor and stop by for a sub and those delicious jimmy chips! The restaurant is clean and the staff greets you when you come in. They're always friendly and fast. Definitely my new favorite restaurant on the south end of York.

Quick friendly service. Had a Billy Club Unwhich today. Tasted very good. Glad to see a Jimmy John's in York.
