Horrible online ordering service. Received almost everything wrong on a simple 1 regular sandwich order that cost over $13 excluding the tip I added. Then tried to get it fixed and spent over half an hour on the phone to be told I would get it free however they didn't have my correct order number in their system, so it really wasn't free🙄

Great location , never too packed which is nice when I’m in a rush from classes at Metro or picking up kids after school . I love being able to get certain deals here with promos from the app .

After checking with several sub establishments Jimmie John's was the only ones willing to cater a business lunch of 30 and deliver! The subs were good, great presentation, on time delivery, and awesome customer service. Good JOB to the Elkhorn, NE JJ's!

Jimmy John's is my favorite place to get subs and sandwiches. They have so many options, but I always get the #9, which is sooo good. They even have gluten free options, wrapping your sandwich in lettuce instead of packing it into a bun. Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for kids who don't really like much of anything. Parking: Tooons of parking in the parking lot Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.

I went here two days in a row for the friendly staff and that delicious Thai chicken wrap. So good! 10 out of 10 would recommend both the store and that wrap

The intercom to order at the drive through needs updated. The employees can barely hear anything and then they are rude in turn. Happens all of the time.

Not a good experience!!!! Behind the counters packed with employees but according to the receipt, “Charles”took our order. I order a #16 with bread taken out, no lettuce, no tomato. We also ordered a pickle and a bag of chips and soda. “Charles” didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing but we didn’t want to assume anything….well….he proved our thoughts correct!! When my order was called, the pickle was not included and had to ask for that. (It comes to find out, it was never rang up by “Charles”.) I open my sandwich and it’s covered in lettuce and tomato!!!! We weren’t given napkins so we had to go ask for those!! It seems like with so many employees behind the counter, something would’ve been done correctly. But the thing that made me throw away my food and leave was the young girl behind counter that walked to the bathroom with her food gloves STILL ON….then to the back door to throw something away in the dumpster and then back behind the counter!!!!! This is no acceptable!!! If I were you, I would avoid this place! I should probably add that I NEVER right reviews!! I have a very open mind and understand things happen especially with the times we’re in now post pandemic, but Jimmy John’s, this is NOT GOOD!!

This is not the first time this has happened! I ordered a sandwich from the drive through and got the wrong one. Called the store and they said they would deliver the correct sandwich. And then... the wrong sandwich was delivered again! This has happened now 3 times! Today when the second sandwich was delivered I just knew it wouldn’t be correct, and yep I was right! Wrong sandwich! It’s almost comical! This is not okay, and I will not be buying from this store anymore.
