Best sandwich shop in Omaha, Nebraska (NE) 2024

Horrible online ordering service. Received almost everything wrong on a simple 1 regular sandwich order that cost over $13 excluding the tip I added. Then tried to get it fixed and spent over half an hour on the phone to be told I would get it free however they didn't have my correct order number in their system, so it really wasn't free🙄 ~alycia

When I asked for a subway club like normal they said promptly that they couldn’t change anything on the order so instead of my normal subway club I get 12” ham turkey roast beef add bacon, the sandwich normally comes out to 13-15 after tax can’t remember exact numbers, but instead I paid over 20 for the one sub will not be coming back to this location for overpriced subs. ~Mitch

Very clean restaurant..the staff does a great job here and they are all super friendly they definitely made are night alot better after stopping in here for a quick bite to eat and something cold to drink ..also bathrooms were super clean .keep up the hard work pickelmans gourmet Cafe staff ..it really shows yall care !!! ~big
