When I asked for a subway club like normal they said promptly that they couldn’t change anything on the order so instead of my normal subway club I get 12” ham turkey roast beef add bacon, the sandwich normally comes out to 13-15 after tax can’t remember exact numbers, but instead I paid over 20 for the one sub will not be coming back to this location for overpriced subs.

I went in 10 mins before they closed and I felt so bad but they were so nice. Great sandwiches too! Tip your hoagie makers!!

Ordered sandwiches and ate there they were awesome just like we asked for with lots of ingredients. Then we ordered 2 more to go. Friendly customer service and great food. Will definitely return.

I used to work here at this subway as well as many others In Omaha Nebraska and customer service was a top priority to us. There customer service is horrible the female that helped us was very very rude, I live near here and I love subway but I will not be coming back here. Very disappointed specially after paying over 28$ for one footling and a six in. Come on subway worldwide franchise and having employees that don't want to be there or treat the customers right so they keep coming back is not a good look

My order was for an Italian Bmt and a Cali turkey salad. Picked up the order, made the assumption it was right. Got home and wrong sandwich and my Cali salad was missing the bacon, mozzarella and avocado. Called the store to talk to manager and was told not there and they didn't know when they would be in. Will never order from this store again!

Didn't really like it at this location the staff wasn't very happy about doing there job or wanting to take our order it was more like what do you want and is that it and pay no thank you no nothing and the food was very rubbery and not fresh last time in this place forsure

Food was good fresh .... Customer service not so good ... So there this young guy there asks me "can I help you" I say "yes" I asked what was the price for a tuna foot long meal he tells me he didn't know walks away and continues to help someone else how rude was that ..... But other than that the food was good another young guy helped he was a good team player ...

The employees are super prissy with big attitude as soon as you walk in the door. No GREETING just rudeness requiring a mask. Store should provide masks if they are required. That’s why the store gets no business. She was a little too happy to not get business, the irony.
