DO NOT COME HERE have been going here for 3 years now had so much trouble with my first baby . doctor wasn’t even there to deliver my child and had to get transported to Norfolk general due to preterm labor because I had an infection and the doctor never told me …. Could have lost my child or could have possibly died now I’m back for my second pregnancy haven’t even been seen for my first apt yet and I’m 2 months almost 3 said they can’t get me in any earlier even though I am high risk .malpractice at it’s finest longest waits ever no privacy will open door while ur layed out on the bed no knocking on door before hand and told me they were going to fill my prescription 2 days ago call the cvs and refill request was never made absolutely ridiculous never have even written a review to anything before but this is so unacceptable I had to write something out of just being so appalled !!!! No mother carrying a child should have to experience this much stress .

I seriously do not know why there is negative reviews here at this office. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Warren as my gynecologist. She is thorough, gentle and communicates very very well during the appt. It makes me not mind having this appt every year. (I mean who likes this appt to begin with) but she makes it so easy and is great to talk to about any of my problems. I’ve referred girls and they had no problems here! Btw the office is abs beautiful and clean!

The staff is friendly there, but it’s very chaotic in the back. I could hear private conversations and did not feel like I had much privacy myself there. The door opens and people can see you in your gown. Also they tried to charge me for annual wellness exams which is covered by insurance. I ultimately left because my lab results were literally never posted into the portal. I think we have rights to access our lab results ,and access them quickly, and I was there several years with them never posted at all!

This is not it. I told the nurse I had 4 normal pregnancy.The nurse practitioner said because she don’t have my kids date of birth she can’t determine anything for me today. Mind you 2 my kids is grown over 18 an one 17 one 10. an she can’t do a annual because my insurance won’t pay for it until she know my kids ages.This is just a waste of time. I’m call my insurance company to confirm no work was done. I need a real Dr. Not at practitioner. Playful little jokers.

I love Marina Shores! The staff is always very friendly and caring and they are just wonderful. I gave it 4 stars because sometimes I feel like they get lost in what you are being seen for and things seem to be very confusing. Other than that the staff and providers are great!

I was recently referred to this OBGYN and I had the best experience today. Everyone there was so professional and kind. This environment was a breath of fresh from the doctors, to the ultrasound tech and labs. I couldn’t be happier with my first visit!

Not only did I have to wait weeks due to having an appointment canceled on me 40 minutes before Dr. Lani Warren continuously cut me off while trying to explain my situation and was extremely condescending she also gave me misleading and incorrect information about my medications and said insurance wouldn’t cover an ultrasound even though I’ve only had one in 15 weeks and have been through surgery. Then ended the appointment by saying due to my blood disorder which was diagnosed way before pregnancy and my procedures her office could no longer see me. Thankfully the surgeon for my next procedure and the staff at EVMS had no problems helping make sure me and my baby were ok and comfortable. They were also able to bill my insurance for an ultrasound which apparently wasn’t supposed to be possible. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The only good staff are the wonderful lab techs who drew my blood.

I had problematic experiences with Dr. Lani Warren especially towards the end of my pregnancy and during labor. The first red flags started going off when she repeatedly tried to pressure me into unnecessary medical interventions and scoffed at my desires to have a birth that aligned with best practices as stated by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Our relationship ended when I was medically assaulted for the second time by Dr. Warren while repeatedly telling her to stop. Thankfully my nurse stepped in and stopped her and then Dr. Warren yelled at her and stormed out of the delivery room and my nurse called security. The hospital conducted an investigation and I was told I could not know the specifics but that "the proper action had been taken against Dr. Warren." I only share this here because I wish no one else has to go through the trauma I experienced, and even though she was reported and the event had multiple eye witnesses and an investigation, she is still practicing and delivering at the same hospital.

My whole pregnancy was a breeze! The lady’s in this office are so warming and welcoming! Kathy was my favorite nurse. All my appointments were on time and done in a timely manner. This was my first pregnancy so I was nervous about a lot of course but Dr. Warren is reassuring and I like that she’s blunt and gets straight to the point. I scheduled a elective induction due to personal reasons and it went so smoothly! My baby came out in 5 minutes and Dr. Warren was great at coaching me the whole time. My baby girl is as healthy as can be and I’m very pleased with everything! Thank you so much Dr. Warren!
