I went into the store to get a new iPhone 13 pro before I left for a concert in Denver,CO. There was some issues with my account and I couldn’t get the iPhone that day. Sean from US Cellular spent two days fixing the issue and I was finally able to get my phone the night before I left. He was so helpful and worked really hard to make that happen. I’m very grateful and appreciate his service!

Most seamless wonderful experience and great service. I called to get a quote the night before and received a super quick call back. Sammy (Sammi?) was very courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with (and I hate to not know the right spelling of her name). She was very accommodating and even offered to help me on her day off, which, I could not take her up on, but was so wonderful of her to offer. In-person, just as wonderful and top customer service, quick in and out experience. US cellular always had the best in class customer service and this was no exception!

We like US Cellular for their phone service in Nebraska. The 4G is fast, it works at least along the interstate going west. BUT DO NOT buy the phone insurance with US Cellular they use Assurant for their insurance provider. Assurant is perhaps the most crooked company in America. We have a phone claim starting in April and now its June and we still haven't been paid back for the phone we purchased. Go with another insurance company and you will be much happier.

If I could leave zero stars I would. No one, especially a costumer should be treated the way I was today by Denise. Completely unprofessional and out of line. She was loud and aggressive, I have never been afraid I would be physically assaulted by a worker of US Cellular. Another costumer in the store was also in shock. This woman should not have a job. I would never want someone like this to represent my business. Unacceptable.

Have never had bad customer service at this location. Seems like i always get a new face when i come in, but everyone has been very helpful, both in store and on the phone. Everyone i have dealt with has gone above and beyond what i have needed and seem to genuinely care about making sure i get the best service. They have sat with me and made sure that i am on the best plan for my needs, applied all the discounts i qualified for, and have never tried to push products or accessories that i didnt need. VERY highly recommended.

The person helping did not know what he was doing. After being there almost 45 minutes he decides to ask for help. We ended up being the for 3 hours and then they did not give my husband his phone box that the accessories and phone came, so we now have to make another drive out west. Very irritating!
