I had the BEST Experience EVER! Erica is awesome! Erica was great helping me get my new I-phone up and running. I have never before experienced the great service from AT&T sales associate like I did today. I am so HAPPY! Thanks Erica!

I had the worst experience today going into this store for an upgrade. I've been a valued customer with AT&T for over five years. The customer service agent (a guy) didn't seem like he wanted to help or be there, after he asked if he could help me after I entered the store. The guy sat there barely wanting to communicate, roaming through his phone drinking a gallon of water all while in my face. I decided enough was enough and I got up from the table and asked to speak to another sales rep. As I began speaking to the (female) rep the guy seemed to be annoyed when she asked him about products being available for my phone. I was then directed back the (male) rep table where he was seated to continue the process of my upgrade. After I declined to upgrade my plan for my phone the (male) sales rep then began to scan the products for my new phone aggressively, with telling me the total. I paid for my products and immediately left out the store feeling disgusted at the experience entirely. I would never return to this location. I am utterly disappointed.

Erica was fantastic, super sweet, and handled my daughters upgrade. She helped get everything transferred over and reviewed our plan.

Last night, 7/8 I went in looking to upgrade and find a solution for my son's phone. Erica greeted me and helped me navigate solutions for both issues. She upsold me and I wasn't planning on spending money lol. She is an awesome asset to AT&T

Kid looked like he was 16. Gave no help. Upgraded my s10 to an s22. He handed me a sealed box and said it was activated. Had to go back and make him do his job. Ended up getting locked out of my new phone until I got to Denver. This store is horrible.

I was greeted promptly and kindly by Erica. I expressed that my phone was acting up and i needed to upgrade my phone. She asked me a few questions and within just a few short minutes we had a game plan. Erica was very talkative and engaged in my experience the entire time. I left a very satisfied customer.

I’m a long time customer of over 10 years. Referred someone that walked in at this location but left because she was even acknowledge after a lengthy time. Seems it was more important for the 3 employees to discuss local Mexican Cuisine than help a potential customer. Online is way to go these days!

Kenzie was my representative today, 17 Mar 22, at the Burke St store. I had a problem with the voicemail on my iPhone 8. Although she couldn't assist with tools available to her, she was able to contact higher level support and got my issue resolved. Kudos for her awesome customer service!

Do not go into this store if you're a woman under 30. I had the single worst customer service experience I've had. When I came into the store, a guy was sitting at the table near the door and said "Hello there young lady." Not immediately a bad thing, but definitely a red flag. I didn't know if I was mistaken so I asked "Pardon me?" and he doubled down. Didn't even greet me or ask how he could help me. I proceeded to receive the most cold, unfriendly, and patronizing service you could imagine. I left the store empty handed (not bad in a vacuum but in combination with the borderline-degrading service made for a bad day). As an adult woman who was treated like a child, I frankly do not feel comfortable in this store. Honestly, I'm just going to do all of my AT&T services online now or switch phone companies.

My family just switched service over to AT&T. The coverage is amazing. They have great plans and phone pricing no matter what kind of phones you're looking for. The overall customer service experience was excellent. We worked directly with the Asst Manager and he got us set up with everything that we need and stuff we didn't even know we needed lol. My kids are all taken care of for school and I couldn't be happier.
