Extremely unprofessional. I overheard the manager complaining about having to have the black history month propaganda in the store. Also talking disrespectful about former employees. This was a worst experience than Walmart on rivers. I don’t even think it deserves a half a star. Also heard big woman in charge making fun of non binary and disabled people.

This store used to benice!!! Now you could call it the trash of Azalea Square promenade, horrible customer service prices are ridiculous and the clothes what kind of example are we setting for our youth.

Rue has to be one of my favorite places to shop the staff is always so nice and it has one of the best fashion types of all time it has all types of clothing in all different sizes including plus there is also men clothing here I have never had a bad experience here if I could I would rate 10/5 stars

The new manager is very UNSANITARY!! When checking me out, she was constantly WIPING HER NOSE WITH HER HAND!!! THAT WAS VERY UNPLEASING & make me want to just walk out the store.

Nice place to buy clothes for my teens. Found jeans for 15$. They seem to be hip with the latest fashion for them. They liked everything. We came out with 3 pairs of jeans, a dress and a nice shirt for 80$. Not bad.

While shopping at this store my daughter had to go to the barhroom. She is 2 and potty training, the manager couldn't be bothered with it and sited "company policy". She suggested we go next door and use their restroom.
