I love shopping here due to the prices, but had a bad experience last time when I was trying to return something and had my receipt, because I was told that I could return stuff now matter what how long it has been if I had my receipt. (I’ve returned lots of things here and never had a problem when I have my receipt). The cashier asked another woman for help (possibly the manager?) for help with my return, who was super rude and unprofessional and was almost trying to embarrass me by talking obnoxiously loud for everyone to hear and saying “yeah no. You can’t return this. we don’t even carry this stuff anymore. No. It’s been too long.” Rather than being professional about it and being kind. I just responded “oh okay, sorry I thought if I had my receipt that I could return stuff” and she just repeated the same thing she said the first time, to which I replied “okay” and she looked almost shocked that I didn’t want to continue and argue with her. It had been a couple of months since I had been away at school and couldn’t return the stuff until I got back for summer, so I understand that definitely isn’t ideal for a return time, but I was under the impression that I could return things as long as I had my receipt, because I’ve done this before with no problems. Not to mention that the lady (and her coworker as well, who was seeming to love watching her be rude to me) had like 1.5 inch fake eyelashes on. Just unprofessional and I understand that it’s hard to find people to work nowadays, so some people that definitely aren’t ideal may be hired, but at least make sure that they can handle things professionally and like an adult.

My experience with this Ross would be better if those associates would leave their bad snobby attitude at hime bc it's not good and we are the costumers that's keeping you employed smh! They seem to check you put so fast and calling for next costumer and you are still at the register! I experience this associate that always seem to have seem to have a bad attitude. So this is why i gave them 2stars and that's being nice bc i like shopping at ross.

Bought a pair of Skechers that seemed to be reasonably priced. Got home with them and my Son-in-law liked them too so he decided to buy a pair on line. Turns out the number on the Skechers I purchased from Ross was non-existent. I contacted Skechers and they said that the sneakers are Counterfeit / Knockoffs! Returned them to Ross and received a refund.

It's always busy, you're bound to run into one rude person, the aisles are too small and on weekends they are unkempt because the staff can't keep up, BUT they're packed with great deals on name brands. Check out lines start wrapping around the outer edges in October (at the time of this review) but we had a short wait. Although the majority of the store is clothes it's always worth a walk through to find other unique stuff for inexpensive prices. Go in the mornings on weekdays if you want a more pleasant experience.

My husband had to go to a rehab/convenient home due to a very serious 2nd stroke. We had been going to here getting much needed items before & at excellent prices.. But now all of a sudden I had to get him everything to go there! But they had what he needed & more! I've run into family & friends there, plus I've met some awesome staff & customers there! I love going to this store! You can always find some great deals & like me go overboard on your shopping!
