Best trailer rental service in Kansas City, Missouri (MO) 2024

We had an 8AM reservation, arrived at the shop and noticed a sign stating they didn't open until 9AM. At 9 AM no one showed so we called U-Haul and was told that it didn't open until 10AM and to use the online function to get the vehicle. I wish we had known this prior and could've gotten the truck a lot sooner ~Brian

We showed up to our 4:30pm appointment and the neighboring store told us the man operating it had left 5mins before our appointment to get lunch. We had help lined up today and now we’re screwed. If someone makes a reservation for a specific time, the customer service associate should be present. The “OPEN” sign was up but from 4:26pm-5pm he wasn’t actually there. Moving is frustrating to begin with, no one wants to deal with extra unnecessary bs. Additionally it’s truly appalling that this building was patched up with spray painted plywood. It didn’t look or feel like a safe location & I’m shocked that a nationwide company would allow such low standards. I understand cutting corners but this is above and beyond. Uhaul, you’ve out done yourselves in setting a standard so incredibly low. ~Laura
